3 weeks ago went to order pizza. Their reader board had a special that looked good so went in and ordered it. The lady behind the counter charged me full price, so I informed her of the special. She went out, read the reader board, and came back in to inform me the manager made a mistake and did not honor the special. My family was hungry, so I paid full price to get home. We had been steady customers until then, but there are too many other pizza chains in town that treat me better.The $5 extra profit may not be worth losing a customer.
