Every time I go down to PCF, I have a great customer service experience. It's loud in there, the line is sometines absurdly long, but I don't seem to care. When I do get to the counter whichever bud tender helps me out, I always leave happy with what I bought and the recommendations made to me. Maybe they could play something besides hip Hop on the speakers, I dunno, just a thought. I pretty much just go to PCF these days, always know what to expect. Thanks!

I've always came and spent 250$ and more there all the time and today my budtender Samantha B. Was rushing me and lacked on her customer service skills. Today my purchase was 280$ and she was acting like she did want to consult with me on product. Very inconsiderate, and was not knowledgeable on any product and specials going on at all.

Happen to be in the area, googled a dispensary and by luck this was my first option. Nice and big size, prices are pretty much best you find in California. Had I lived in the area this would be my go to spot. Employees were great and I left somehow in a better mood than I arrived. Only thing I regret is not leaving a bigger tip for the employees. 👍

If I could give them 10 stars I would. First time there and when we met our bud tender I explained I have PTSD from combat and that I stick to indica or hybrid and she made sure to show me the best products and the prices were very good. Definitely going to be coming back again. So pleased and been hitting this bomber for 30 minutes and it's only halfway so yah

Best dispensary around. Good prices and they have a good selection of products to choose from. I love the edibles selection and the topical creams they offer. The staff is very knowledgeable and the security keeps the place safe. I love how welcoming it is... However the music is a bit too loud hard to talk to the sales person everytime i went in my head hurts from the music being so loud. And i feel like i have to yell over it.

It was a cool environment and I got lucky with an awesome budtender! But my husband went in immediately after me and got someone who wasn't really helpful or knowledgeable. In all it was great for me but can vary per person that assists you, but I guess that's customer service anywhere right!? Prices were great and a wide variety to choose from!!!!

Get rid of the Express Lane for people that 'know what they want'. I love that there is a Express Lane for veterans (I'm not a veteran myself) but the fact that the Express Lane is open to people that know what they want is a huge insult to the waiting customers in the regular line. It's just basically a free pass for people to cut in line since most seem to take just as much time browsing/deciding as people in the regular line. Maybe dedicate only 1 staff member to that line only while the remaining staff helps the regular line instead of every staff member serving the express lane first while the regular line builds up. Every time someone new walked in and saw the huge regular line building up vs the empty express lane that kept getting served first they simply jumped in the express lane and pretended to know what they wanted. Will update review if problem is fixed.

The ladies at checkin were wonderful. They have a good checkin system, are very efficient and friendly. The experience inside the actual store was disappointing. Our budtender was a young man with long dreads, underwhelming in the friendliness. He seemed to lack knowledge on the products or just chose not to do that part of the job. The store also had 4 normally dressed men standing in the back. Not sure who they were or what their purpose was, but they just giggled to each other and couldnt seem to keep their wandering eyes off women. It was an uncomfortable experience and I would not and will not be recommending this store in the future. There are better and more experienced places to visit that are just as easy to get to, like Empire Health and Wellness.

I've been going here for around a year or so now, and they are amazing. Every aspect of this place is awesome. The staff are awesome. The prices are the lowest around. They've always got a HUGE selection for all price ranges. They are always very fast and accurate. And best of all, their customer service is amazing. They are always willing to guide you through everything if you don't really know what you're doing. They are extremely helpful. It feels more like a high end, helpful pharmacy.

The best shop to stop at. Everyone is friendly, quick service depending on how quick people choose their product, knowledge on product, and very clean. They have everything you could need. The only down fall to me personally is that the flower is prepackaged. I personally like it to be weighed in front of me but that’s cool. They always have killer flower. The only place I go to when in town!
