Feedback:

Get rid of the Express Lane for people that 'know what they want'. I love that there is a Express Lane for veterans (I'm not a veteran myself) but the fact that the Express Lane is open to people that know what they want is a huge insult to the waiting customers in the regular line. It's just basically a free pass for people to cut in line since most seem to take just as much time browsing/deciding as people in the regular line. Maybe dedicate only 1 staff member to that line only while the remaining staff helps the regular line instead of every staff member serving the express lane first while the regular line builds up. Every time someone new walked in and saw the huge regular line building up vs the empty express lane that kept getting served first they simply jumped in the express lane and pretended to know what they wanted. Will update review if problem is fixed.
