If I could give less stars I also would. The models are great, clean, staged and they have a large assortment. The sales people are all friendly. Beware after you purchase and are waiting for your home. It will be a year in a week and we still do not have our home and we paid for it months ago, all paid for.... First, they do not have the items you need for permits. Either they are not organized enough or maybe they just don't care. But if you don't deal with county building departments for a living good luck trying to get permits finalized. After you hire a professional and spend a few more thousand to get your permits good luck getting any communication or even getting your home to your property. In a process that should've been 6 months from start to finish we are almost at a year We are still waiting to get the home. Now there are more extra fees for this and that, and a lot of excuses. Find a reputable dealer!
