Update 01/31/2020: It's been almost a month since I wrote this review and still no one has cared to reach out to me, except the person monitoring their social media feed. She told me on 2 instances that someone will reach out to me, but it seems no one cares.I went to this clinic for my annual physical and talked with my physician and he ordered a bunch of tests. I thought it was a normal annual physical that I've been having since past 5 years, but to my surprise I received a $400 bill a few weeks after my visit. I dug deeper to see what the charges were for and found that the physician requested tests that were not covered by my insurance. I called my insurance company and found that the tests requested would not be covered by any insurance, as those are not part of "annual physical tests". SO definitely it's not because my insurance is bad. I called the physician's office to ask why these tests were ordered and I was told the doctor ordered it as it was my first visit. On top of that the physician himself described me as a healthy individual. Then my question is why were those tests ordered! I specifically told them that those tests were not requested by me and they were ordered without letting me know that I'd have to pay $400 for them. To that I got a rude response saying told I should've known what my insurance covers. But as a matter of fact the office did not give me an opportunity to review anything before the tests. My blood was drawn and I was sent home. I got the reports the same day evening! How am I supposed to review anything? After this I was told that someone from the management side will contact me and I never received any call from anyone and they're sticking all these charges on me! It seems that either the doctors are not knowledgeable enough or they're trying to make money off the patients. Really bad experience, bad customer service and wouldn't advice to visit this office. If you happen to visit, I would advice to demand what they're going to do before they hand you an exorbitant bill that is not even necessary!
