Rude, don’t acknowledge you after you have been waiting for over an hour while you are in pain. They do not care for patients unless they know you or maybe you’re white. Very unprofessional. Next time I’ll go to the ER and wait the same amount of time to be seen. All 6 nurses are just talking and gossiping while they have one patient in the lobby waiting for over an hour. Yes you have one doctor but that doctor is just in the room for 5 min. It should not take that long. This place is full of things they can fix starting with the nurses. They should just close or quit if they don’t care about their patients.

The Dr.is NOT that good either.Do not EVER get your blood drawn at this place!! THREE the lab tech/nurse busted my veins and failed to draw any blood; she gets extremely nervous and is obviously not comfortable with drawing blood

Absolutely terrible. I hate having to go to this urgent care because they always take so long, are so rude and simply lack overall respect for the patients. My sisters and I went here to get our physicals done and when we showed up there was only one other woman in the waiting room & no one in the back. We waited an hour in the waiting room and 2 hours in the back to be seen for, no exaggeration, FIVE MINUTES! All the while the nurses are gossiping and the physicians assistant (no doctor was there at the time) was sitting on his phone looking at Instagram. Utterly ridiculous. This place needs some serious training.

Apparently if they recognize you after you've left a negative review they'll let you sit in the waiting room for an hour (just to prove a point), eventually call your name as if it's your turn to see a doctor, hand you a printed out copy of your honest review, and ask you to leave because "you're not welcome here". How about instead of turning away people who have given you honest feedback in the past --YOU TAKE THE FEEDBACK? A review -- good or bad -- gives YOU the opportunity to know what to keep doing and what to work on. You should appreciate BOTH. Especially when you're being give an OPPORTUNITY to turn an old negative review into a positive review (yes--some people give businesses a second chance). But hey, if you'd rather lose business, that's your choice. Not a good reputation to have in a small town. Incidents like these are why businesses get shut down. You will not be getting another chance and I will be sharing this with all of my friends and family.

Staff is really nice and accommodating to REGULAR PATIENTS who come in often or at least more than once. They really couldn’t care less about Walk-Ins. If you have never been here before, and you didn’t make an appointment, they won’t waste their good customer service on you. They be short with you, even cold. They don’t care if you are in pain or even need urgent attention. If you are walking in off the street and they’ve never seen you before, they really wish you hadn’t come in. And they will make sure you feel their unwelcoming vibe.Place should be called “Patients Last”

If you value your life don't come to this sorry excuse for a clinic. I injured my shoulder at work and it took this place 6 months of visits every 2 weeks too finally do an mri that revealed a torn muscle. Then after being denied surgery repeatedly because they were to incompetent to fill out the referral correctly workers comp finally refused to send me here anymore and changed my doctor who started the process all over and had me in surgery 2 weeks later. It's pretty bad when workers comp even got tired of this place. Now I'm here with my father who accidentally got a chemical in his eye. Because he couldn't see the signs that say not to flush the toilet during a drug screen for being blinded by the chemical he accidentally flushed the toilet. They accused him of cheating the test. Then yelled at him for not reading the signs. He then told he couldn't see the signs and didn't hear the nurse instructions because he's about 75 percent deaf. It was an accident he did it but they refused to treat him until he took another test. He had to sit there in pain for 3 hours without treatment over an ignorant drug screening..... so whatever happened to first do no harm. I guess it's first wait for a drug screen.

Went to this place now 3 times and will NOT return... It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, you HAVE to wait at least 1 1/2 hours. It happened three times. I can see if some patient are urgent and it's OK of course, but if you have an appointment and other people who are walking in without appointment and get treated before you, sorry then it is NOT OK! The doctors are great don't get me wrong but staff and disorganization makes this place not attractive to go to!

Ha! Should have check the reviews before coming here! Worst experience ever - been here 2 hours and have YET to see a doctor. Staff is super awful, no wonder the low marks. Alyssa on officer staff was rude and basically yelled at me about policy because I had the door open waiting for the doctor. The room I am waiting in is no bigger than a shoe closet - duh I want the door open. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

I arrived 10 mins before closing and the staff was still very welcoming. They ran multiple tests to see what the issue was. Also, I was having a bigger underlying issue which they calmly addressed, waited patiently with me, and kept me comfortable the whole time even tho it took a couple of hours (Although the waiting had nothing to do with Patients First). I will be going back and will recommend them to anyone.

Less than professional. I feel confident in giving this review as I have worked in the health care profession for over 35 yrs.In having a new Ins as of 3/1/17 and a Dr leaving to go practice out of the area. I will be in the need of a primary care physician. I was instructed I could fill out this form for them annd they'll review and decide if they want me as a patient.Well, I would have them know that I'm still in charge of my care. I will need to see their credentials, fellowships and then some. If they are up to my standards I will consider them in my choices.I too will take myself and care out of Merced due to their lack of.So why do they practice medicine???
