Sunnyside’s inventory is consistently low for flowers and they hardly ever carry good brands like rythm, pts, revolution, bedford grow, etc. Most of their stock is from Cresco which in my opinion is the worst legal brand out there, their shakes are literally dust and flowers are low-grade with premium prices. I liked them much more when they were PDI medicals. I took my business to Verilife in Arlington Heights. Also when I compared prices of the same strains/brands from sunnyside with verilife, I found they charge more for some of their products so there is that.

I have to say I've been going here for almost 2 years. Since Cresco took this place,over they have been running out of cannabis. They also haven't had Cronuts capsules which is what I need to make my stomach issues bareable. There's no way to request anything. Also who honestly raises their prices for a medical only dispensary in the middle of a pandemic while simultaneously stocking product with poor THC content?! The staff has always been amazing & super helpful. Cresco has obviously shown they really don't care about their medical patients, only our money. This place is also the only medical dispensary not offering curbside pick up to avoid their sickest patients & staff from staying safe. I'm cashing out my loyalty points & switching dispensaries which sucks because,I l live so close. I'm definitely going to miss the super friendly staff.

The phone hours are wrong and my order confirmation told me to come in too early so I had to wait a half hour to go in. Also, they often run out thc flower and only have cbd.

No words are necessary for why this place is so special for chronic pain PT's & those who suffer from mental health disorders, but all that aside, it's great to have their variety & receive assistance understanding all the different types, what they help with, choosing goodies based on your personal challenges - what could be better than eating a piece of candy that will make you feel better for the next 6 hours? It's also a fantastic gift shop in my opinion!

I can't really say it that I experienced this place. I went here because Recreational is legal in Illinois now, so why not stop in and see what all the fuss is about. I found this place using Google maps which said that it sold both medical and recreational. But it didn't. There was a sign on the door that said "we service medical customers only". So something has to change in Google maps so that it takes recreational off the association with their record in Google Maps. Because it took some time to drive here from other errands. And it was a complete waste of time.

I have been a Medical patient for about 5 years,It has helped me in ways that traditional medicine won’t!(I had to leave my 1 st. Dispensary because they were bought out from a big corporation And Service and prices went up .)So I looked for a new one very close to my home and found PDI.The staff has changed since I started coming here and I hope that it won’t get change!Pay attention to your On-Line Orders and count and Go Over Your Entire Order, Before You Leave, or MISTAKES can Happen!Thank You for working through this Crisis!

Went here for the 1st time yesterday, LOVED IT. I just wanted to get some things while I was in the area at the hospital with my dying grandma, and sunnyside has the best selection and prices compared to RISE Mundelein. Im coming from Verilife, which is a really good place but sunnyside has more product. The staff is personable and cool and you get that nice 30% discount for your first time. However, i opened one of the 4 disposable cresco pens i got and the battery is dead, it wont work at all :( Pretty bummed and hoping that I can get a replacement for it!

It's a S.it show since it changed to Sunnyside.a lot of people standing around.Watching them provide really bad service. I can't imagine how they are going to produce good service when they move to new location ?parking will be bad . I think some of the people should not be in customer service .And no products. They dont have the mm I need. Time to find another place.

Been here 3 times. One of the male employees there very knowledgeable and most staff there are very nice. However this is the second time my rewards were not applied even though I was reassured they would be. February 1st they cut the rewards (discount) from 5% to 2.5%... today is January 31st the last day to redeem my reward money without its value being cut in half. After being reassured twice that my rewards would be applied I noticed on my drive home no rewards were applied. I called and was told it was the employees fault and it is my loss. I asked if I gave my patient # would they at least honor the reward at 5% since it was the employees mistake and was told no. Very disappointing and unfortunately there stock runs out fast. Oddly twice now I have also been on there website and an item place and order with is removed from my cart after I click place order (like there is a problem with there inventory system and online ordering). I wanted to like and stay at this dispensary but with these bad experiences and feeling like reward money was stolen out of my pocket because of Sunnyside forgetting. I'm not sure when I'll be going back, kinda hate losing money because of others mistakes.

lol Wasted so many people's time today because they can't seem to run a website correctly and put out false information leading everyone to believe their store in buffalo grove would have recreational. What a lie that was and again a complete waste of time for people driving from miles away. On top of that they have security outside turning people away because they know they messed up, fix your information on your website! And i would advise people to not waste any time with this place. A Lot better dispensaries elsewhere with knowledgeable staff.
