I absolutely love this place. The people here are very nice and helpful, they actually sit down and walk you through which product is best fit for your specific needs. They do not push products on you and have very reasonable prices as well as there's always special sales of some different kinds of products. They always have new products coming out. They will help you with any paperwork or anything you need and they have delivery as well. I recommend this place to everybody!! Also, if there's any problems with any product they will gladly exchange it or help with any issues without question. I've personally never had an issue there, as I have other places. Check it out, you can also order online and go pick it up. Quick n easy and the wait time anytime I've ever been there, which is every month, the longest time was only 8 minutes. Check it out and go!!

This place is Awesome,Very courteous,caring people and professional.Call ahead to check for inventory before even spending a dime and they can verify that without a hassle or games just to get you in and make a sale,even placing your refill over the phone prior to Walk in and wait before your called to pay is a perk.Ive gone to other dispensaries in Erie county WNY and By far this place is the best and will guarantee you have the best experience.Prices are great for now with those $40 Lemon Meringue and Fruity Pebbles Distillate Cartridges but their Matter cartridge price are pretty high wish prices were that of West Coast Pro-Hemp States where they’re sold ranging from $15-$30 per cart because Insurance unfortunately doesn’t cover for this type of medicine for those of us who pay out of Pocket for Health Expenses.

If you're looking for a company that doesn't support their own products...this is the place for you.The staff are kind and professional, but it unfortunately does not reflect on the policies that they follow when providing customer service.Bought two vape carts, and the coil was burnt in one of them. While I did explain how this may happen, they didn't consider it defective since it fires and doesn't leak.I understand this isn't a vape shop, but the staff should be trained to know about more than two common problems with vaporizers, or at least modify the testing process to look for more than two common problems with vape cartridges. Nonetheless, it wasn't accepted for an exchange. Instead, I was only offered more products to buy.In the end, I was cheated out of my money and time.FYI, Inhaling from a burnt coil has shown to increase the risk of exposure to metals and other carcinogens from the resulting vapor. For a business to tell any customer that a vape like that is 'functional' is wildly irresponsible. Your patients are trusting you with their health.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great line of products just wish they had the inhalers. Can't wait till they get the supreme slims back. Overall very friendly knowledgeable staff with very clean sterile like surroundings. Highly recommended.On another note it would be great if they could let customers know when they have discounts

This *used* to be a GREAT dispensary, the prices used to be $60 per 1 gram vape cartridge. Since they were bought by verilife, it is now $75 per HALF gram. That's $15 more for 50% less product. They also used to have steep discounts for purchasing multiple items. Whoever changed the prices should be fired, they are preying on elderly patients who do not know better. I will never be back. It is really a shame because the employees at the store were always very helpful and knowledgeable, 5 stars for the employees, 0 stars for the business that is preying on those who don't know any better. In Colorado you can buy these same cartridges for $20. This price gouging for medical is absolutely disgusting.

Knowledgeable staff, very friendly, willing to take time to answer questions, explain about cannabis, terpenes, and anything else! Fast service with comfortable atmosphere, sitting area, interesting info packets (I often learn something new), and more. Highly recommend!

Matt's customer service was outstanding! Everyone across the board was friendly, professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, the list goes on and on...key thing is they listen, they care, facility is clean, restrooms clean, guests allowed in with valid ID, they make available paperwork, have specials, discounts, accept cash and debit only, have water etc...check it out for yourself! I was a guest of a friend who wanted to see the place so I observed the whole start to finish process and it's definitely without a doubt a location I highly recommend you give a try!

My first time there it was a very professional experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I was walked through the whole process and recommended what would work best for first time use. The prices were reasonable for me in my opinion I've wasted lots of money on useless products and FAKE CBD. This Dispensary has very HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT. I used my first dose last night and one this a.m. I already feel I made the best choice. Thank you for your compassion. I will be your BEST CUSTOMER. MICHELLE.

Nice, friendly and efficient staff. Minimal wait most times.A few things though I'd like to see addressed...freshness dates of my blue sativa cartridges shows they're usually 4-6 months old. I'd like to get a fresher product every once in a while. A month old would be nice.Also, unless I'm mistaken, why is the sativa blue dream which is a sativa leaning hybrid and not a more dominant sativa strain?No problems with the 3xCrazy but here again there are lots of tasty indicas. More variety would be nice.Is NYS tying Verilife's hands as far as strain varities?Otherwise, you're doing great! Seriously.

Modern Cuomo backed dispensary. Super friendly staff with European feel waiting room. NY let's you choose from several products but no flower is legal in New York. So don't think it's a grab bag of bud. Not California style. Great knowledgeable staff spends time and shows concern about your health needs. Big flower vote in January. CBD for all!!
