Im a realist. With that said not only was Elise a ball of smiling positive energy but she helped change up my order when getting to counter. I eagerly tried donating tip for teams service but was denied😢 The team was flawless and well tuned at moving efficiently to keep customers and myself well served. Sunnyside Champaign has not once let me down from the parking lot shuttle driver and van to the smiling and warm vibes from both security guards. The process getting to Elise was smooth and pleasant. If the world did business like this it would bee a better place. Thanks y'all.

Well set up for social distancing, like having to where masl even inside. Found the person that waited on me pleasant and informative. As far as flowers go you have to go online to their ordering site, order, receive a confirmation that your order has been opened, then you have to wait for the confirmation that your order is picked up, those using medical cards are first or moved up in line.

Terribly mismanaged. I placed an order earlier and received an email confirmation that my order had been placed. However, I never received an email stating that my order was ready. Over 2 hours after placing the order, I sent an inquiry to Sunnyside to check on the order. A few minutes later I received an "order canceled " email. No explanation or apology. Nothing. This was not my 1st issue with their customer service. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the past couple months, but I don't think I'll be giving them anymore business.

Like the rest of dispensaries in Illinois, this one is extremely pricey. Add in the armed guards, the off-site parking, and having to cross a busy 4 lane road without a crosswalk, and you get a very negative vibe. The dispensaries in Illinois, including this one, truly need to take a look at Colorado of they expect the fledgling industry to thrive in a severe recession which is underway.

Looks like they are doing online order pickup only during COVID-19. Nothing I’ve seen online and no signage mentions that, but you could wait in line over an hour without ever knowing and then be rudely turned away. Also, they do make you social distance while in line across the street but then break social distancing guidelines by putting you in a mini-van with several people. Terribly mismanaged.

My mom went to Champaign Sunnyside today they now have a shuttle to take you across the street to dispencery the outside workers are rude when she asked questions about how the shuttle service worked employees on inside are great but with having to deal with unprofessional workers on outside we will make drive to Danville where all employees have been great and offers a wide variety of flower

The employees at Sunnyside were patient and kind with me during my first visit. I was looking for relief from a chronic issue and they guided me appropriately. The process was smooth except that I couldn't remember my debit card pin number which resulted in me having to leave and come back once I sorted out the issue. The employees were helpful and welcoming in spite of this and made what could have been a very intimidating experience much less so. While there are several security guards, they went out of their way to be friendly.

Seasoned and well traveled patient. Staff is friendly and even the security guys in the parking lot are super pleasant. They prioritize patient treatment well. My only knock is that they seem to lag behind other shops for concentrate availability. I'm sure this will improve as the supply chains mature, but for now it's slim pickins if you're a concentrate user.

Not pleased as I see recreational patients cleaning out the store before I get off work to get the much needed medicine for my spinal condition. What a joke. You are owned by Cresco Labs and grow your own flower but yet you don't have enough for medical patients. Numed across town does not grow their own and has more stock available than you. I'm now filing a complaint with the state of Illinois as I see long lines or recreational patients around your building daily but you don't have enough for your medical patients. Now must I resort to buying illegally???

Although I do understand the time we are experiencing is not the best, everyone is overwhelmed- more so the essential workers.I will say, however, I had made a purchase the second time I visited the location and bought some flower, edibles, and I believe a vape cartridge. One of the edibles, which I literally just opened a minute ago, is supposed to contain 100mg thc/ cbd meaning 10 pieces right?This container contained only 8 so I'm a little sad if it's supposed to have 10 pieces like the other container (it's the Incredibles strawberry cbd w/ sour pack included).However as petty of a complaint, I was sad to have paid so much (I believe over $300) at the time of purchase and didn't receive what I expected.Great work and amazing staff nonetheless! Thank you guys for being amazing, I'm sure this was a manufacturer issue.
