II had the worst experience with an employee named Linda. She works the front desk and had the worst attitude I have ever experienced in customer service. She used fowl language, called me a F,,cker and totally attacked me verbally in front of another customer. I had heard a few bad things about her from other customers, but I tell you what, this low life of a woman should never be behind a counter working customer service.I will make sure I share this with many others in the Forest Grove area.If your looking for awesome customer service and better quality product, refer to Defyne.

Totally dig this dispensary! Super informative, knowledgeable, friendly staff. GREAT DISCOUNTS! Great selection. Clean. Cleanliness is always high on my priority list. Cleanliness and staff. Nothing worse than walking in to a business that I plan on spending good money in and being treated like sh¡t! Thank you, Phresh! I will be back!

After hearing a positive review on the street I decided to check this place out. While I have to credit them for a clean and professional looking setting, that’s where my kind words about this business end. Simply walking across the parking lot with a Coca Cola in hand prompted Linda to run out and screech at me thinking it was a beer. Despite this off putting welcome I still decided to shop around. While the two young men behind the counter were very polite, the GM stood in the corner and scowled. Upon my departure she followed me out to rudely inquire if I had bought anything. This is an industry that depends on customer service and Linda doesn’t seem to be able to provide that on any basic level. Many smaller local businesses would be much happier to serve you, and for less. Inexperienced shoppers beware.

So to first start off this review, I had heard nothing but good things about Phresh Cannabis from friends. I had never been to a dispensery before and was not aware (or made aware) of any policies. Was very commutative on my first visit that it would be my first time going in. However I had an issue with the product and went in to return it within the 72 hour return policy. I went in with the intentions on speaking to the employees about it but was helped by the co owner Linda. I explained my situation and she became very disrespectful and defensive and I was told I couldn’t be helped, due to the store policy of not taking back any items unless it was defective. There was a miscommunication over returning items at my previous visit, which was completely brushed off by Linda because she refused to believe that one of the employees was capable of making a mistake. I was told to leave if I wasn’t going to buy the product (which I had bought two days prior) or to wait for the other employee to come from his lunch break. Once he was back I was approached by both of them out in the waiting room and was talked to very rudely by Linda, while she was involving other customers, and she said “it’s her way or no way” which was NOT true. She refused to listen to what I was saying and didn’t care to have any common curtesy with me, and had no intentions on making the situation better. Luckily, Jordan was able to switch the product out for me, which is the only reason I’m not leaving a one star review. Jordan is the only employee I would trust going in there that actually seems to care if his customers leave happy or not. I really really appreciate his level headed ness and understanding. Linda will not be getting any business from me, my friends or family because of her poor customer service skills. I do not know how she is still around if she’s allowed to treat customers so poorly.

After visiting dispensaries this last year, I made Phresh the dispensary of choice about 8 months ago. Top quality products, prices right in line, chill, respectful customer service. Best for prices , quality, and best of all , no attitude with it. Just an overall fit for our family. Well worth the drive to forest grove. See you guys soon!

Employees are down to earth, friendly, and knowledgeable ( I looooove them). Nice selection of strains and accessories. The place is always clean. The parking lot is a bit small but the exterior landscaping is very nice. There is a handicap space available for customers as well as on street parking. Prices are competitive or slightly cheaper than the neighboring dispensaries.
