So to first start off this review, I had heard nothing but good things about Phresh Cannabis from friends. I had never been to a dispensery before and was not aware (or made aware) of any policies. Was very commutative on my first visit that it would be my first time going in. However I had an issue with the product and went in to return it within the 72 hour return policy. I went in with the intentions on speaking to the employees about it but was helped by the co owner Linda. I explained my situation and she became very disrespectful and defensive and I was told I couldn’t be helped, due to the store policy of not taking back any items unless it was defective. There was a miscommunication over returning items at my previous visit, which was completely brushed off by Linda because she refused to believe that one of the employees was capable of making a mistake. I was told to leave if I wasn’t going to buy the product (which I had bought two days prior) or to wait for the other employee to come from his lunch break. Once he was back I was approached by both of them out in the waiting room and was talked to very rudely by Linda, while she was involving other customers, and she said “it’s her way or no way” which was NOT true. She refused to listen to what I was saying and didn’t care to have any common curtesy with me, and had no intentions on making the situation better. Luckily, Jordan was able to switch the product out for me, which is the only reason I’m not leaving a one star review. Jordan is the only employee I would trust going in there that actually seems to care if his customers leave happy or not. I really really appreciate his level headed ness and understanding. Linda will not be getting any business from me, my friends or family because of her poor customer service skills. I do not know how she is still around if she’s allowed to treat customers so poorly.
