My journey with Precision started over 5 years ago, when I purchased a PX2, a system they do not even make any more. I loved the quality of the machine and the customer service that Precision provides. Currently working with Kevin on a build out and he has made the process as streamlined and easy as possible. They are the only company I will continue to work with when it comes to hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction.

I worked with Precision extraction solutions on both an ethanol and hydrocarbon project. They designed my lab and provided all of the required equipment. From start to finish the process was smooth. Even when we ran into a few snags my sales rep Kevin Serwatowski got us through them very quickly. The entire company stood behind what they sold and got me up and running successfully.

Hands down the best in the industry to work with. When it comes to choosing extraction equipment and technology, there are a lot of smoke and mirrors. Anyone can build equipment, but you want a team with the knowledge and experience supporting you on the backend. Precision's expertise in the industry is second to none, and their products speak for themselves. When investing in and choosing equipment, spend a little extra and go with the best in the industry! You wont regret it.

Kevin S just as much as the entire Precision Extraction team are very professional and customer success focused. As a scientific and pharma equipment distributor, we get to talk to and see many manufacturers. Precision Extraction is clearly a market leader in their market segment. Many awards are won with extracts made on their products. If Kevin S said he needed more detail, then I am confident he asked to make sure whatever he suggested, was going to do a top job. Is this not what we expect a good sales person to do? Nothing worse than buying tools that end up not doing the job. You can rely on their service.

Let's drown out the negative noise and let the Precision Extraction crew know that they are the industry leaders. Better to lead by example and not by meaningless words left by a NON-CUSTOMER. This CUSTOMER is very pleased with the work of Kevin S. and crew.

I wanted to share my opinion because I think precision really helped take care of all my needs and was extremely flexible and reliable with my project timeline. My sales rep Kevin S. was a great asset and helped provide a large quote for everything we were currently looking to get for a new facility.Although we didn't end up purchasing the entire order that we had asked to be quoted on, we still received excellent help with a great new relationship with Kevin and the entire Precision team. They even let us come and pick up our EXP2 C1D1 from the headquarters located in Troy.Normally I don't leave feedback for many businesses but after reading a negative response I really felt that this comment was necessary. My personal experience with precision was absolutely great. I had lots of questions and Kevin always answered them that same day. Our purchase took about 4 weeks because we made so many changes and adjustments and despite how confusing we had made our order, Kevin and his team worked extremely hard to be there and help the entire way. Kevin even went as far as offering to extend the Croptober sale offer to us after the deadline.I take my relationships with businesses very seriously and I would 100% recommend this business and have a great deal of respect for the quality work and help that Precision was able to offer.

Precision helped me choose equipment for a new lab of ours. We were forced because of several different needs to use a few MFG's of equipment. So far dealing with Kevin Serwatowski at Precision has been the easiest. He made the process painless for us and really understands how to work with his customers. I highly recommend them!

I have experienced terrible communication and a general resistance to helping or providing information. I reached out to inquire about extraction equipment, but it was like pulling teeth. I was provided a set of 5 questions, but when I didn't have all the information they needed (specifically how much throughput was going to be processed), I was told they needed more information. So I replied back and said what if I went with your X40 extractor and I was interested in Distillates. I provided a theoretical throughput, a final product, along with some general information about my current operation. These were the only 5 questions given to me in this entire process. I wasn't made aware of any other information needed. Here are the questions and my answers:Are you processing hemp or cannabis? HempWhat is your estimated throughput amount? (ex. 500 lbs/kg per day) 500 lbs a day While extracting, what type of oils will you be focusing on producing? (ex. crude, distillates, isolate, tinctures, topicals, vape cartridges, edibles. etc.) DistillatesWhich solvents will you aim to extract with? (Ethanol, or hydrocarbons) EthanolDo you have a lab or facility yet to set up equipment in? We do not have a lab or facility yet. We are considering leased space right now, but do have land that could be built on. I was still met with resistance from Kevin Serwatowski about how there wasn't enough information so he was not going to 'bid on the project.' I didn't ask you to commit to any project. We never even got to a point where numbers were given out. Oh the cherry on top was that he felt working with me would be a waste of time because I couldn't provide all the information needed. This was written in an email to me. I still don't know what else he needed from me because he didn't even lay out what other information I was missing. I asked Kevin to provide contact information for someone who is in charge of business operations and practices, but he ignored that request. Instead, he offered a half-hearted apology and wanted to end communications. It appears they only want to work with large companies that can put a lot of money in their pockets. So if you are a executive member of this team and you are reading this, I can provide emails documenting our full conversation. In fact, anyone who wants to see these I would provide. Extremely disappointed in my brief experience of Precision Extractions Solutions. I would suggest you look elsewhere if you want to work with a business that see's value in you even if will it not return a large sum.
