I have experienced terrible communication and a general resistance to helping or providing information. I reached out to inquire about extraction equipment, but it was like pulling teeth. I was provided a set of 5 questions, but when I didn't have all the information they needed (specifically how much throughput was going to be processed), I was told they needed more information. So I replied back and said what if I went with your X40 extractor and I was interested in Distillates. I provided a theoretical throughput, a final product, along with some general information about my current operation. These were the only 5 questions given to me in this entire process. I wasn't made aware of any other information needed. Here are the questions and my answers:Are you processing hemp or cannabis? HempWhat is your estimated throughput amount? (ex. 500 lbs/kg per day) 500 lbs a day While extracting, what type of oils will you be focusing on producing? (ex. crude, distillates, isolate, tinctures, topicals, vape cartridges, edibles. etc.) DistillatesWhich solvents will you aim to extract with? (Ethanol, or hydrocarbons) EthanolDo you have a lab or facility yet to set up equipment in? We do not have a lab or facility yet. We are considering leased space right now, but do have land that could be built on. I was still met with resistance from Kevin Serwatowski about how there wasn't enough information so he was not going to 'bid on the project.' I didn't ask you to commit to any project. We never even got to a point where numbers were given out. Oh the cherry on top was that he felt working with me would be a waste of time because I couldn't provide all the information needed. This was written in an email to me. I still don't know what else he needed from me because he didn't even lay out what other information I was missing. I asked Kevin to provide contact information for someone who is in charge of business operations and practices, but he ignored that request. Instead, he offered a half-hearted apology and wanted to end communications. It appears they only want to work with large companies that can put a lot of money in their pockets. So if you are a executive member of this team and you are reading this, I can provide emails documenting our full conversation. In fact, anyone who wants to see these I would provide. Extremely disappointed in my brief experience of Precision Extractions Solutions. I would suggest you look elsewhere if you want to work with a business that see's value in you even if will it not return a large sum.
