Lack of information and highway robbery!I called and told the receptionist that I wanted to follow up on a recommendation that I get my right leg checked for claudication, but when I went to my appointment, I didn't even see the doctor until after they performed several unwanted tests on me, including a leg VEIN ultrasound (NOT a leg ARTERY ultrasound). When I finally did see him, an hour and a half later, I had to ask about the claudication and arterial stenosis and he had no idea that I wanted that looked at and said it's not his "area" as he focuses on veins, not arteries. Something they should have told me that when I called to make the appointment! Now I'm being charged over $600 for something that did me ZERO good! I was never given any information from the studies that they did and only got a phone call for another appointment that they would charge through the nose for! This office is pulling a bait and switch scam! I fell for it and walked away with NOTHING but an exorbitant bill!

Procedure was successful but the billing process was horrendous. I logged in to the portal shortly after receiving my 1st bill in February & my account showed $0 due. I called the office the next day & was told they would look into it & get back to me. Same message after 13 calls over the course of 5 months. Assured multiple times that I had not been reported to collections, but received 2 collection letters in May (told again that I was not reported to collections after receipt of these letters). I am 50 years old & have never been reported to collections in my life! I told the office that, due to the excessive amount of time I spent trying to resolve this plus the stress this caused me, I didn't feel that I should still be expected to pay. The response was that the doctor did not feel he should be penalized because the procedure was successful. What business owner doesn't believe he should be penalized for poor customer service? The doctor is arrogant & unapologetic.

First impressions do matter! I was greeted, by name, as soon as I walked in the door. Impressive.... this was my first visit. The receptionist has an excellent business and human resources presentation. She was professional with a patient on the phone, and yet she took time to acknowledge the patients walking in. She complied with the patients' requests schedules and did a great job multi-tasking.The wait was minimal, and the doctors' nursing staff was friendly and approachable. They took my vitals and were thorough with documenting my health history. They worked methodically and with speed, wasting no one's time. When they finished, Dr. Stevens was there to take over. Dr. Stevens immediately began his diagnosis, and his conclusions were to the point, He took time to explain the terminology of my previous diagnosis, from another doctor I had seen. (who, by the way, explained nothing to me.) He addressed issues and began acting on them.Dr. Stevens is knowledgeable and proficient. I feel that I am in the 'best' hands with him. I highly recommend him. And yes, first impressions do matter!Well all was well till there was a mix up in my cancellation. They said I missed my appt But I called and cancelled. Now they javelin charged me with s $250.00 cancellation fee. Maybe you should think twice about this place.
