I've been to Preserve a few times and love the artwork and interior design of the building, they usually have great prices too. I was however disappointed on my last visit when the online pricing did not match the in store price, I submitted an online order thru the Preserve website which priced the strain I was getting at $9.50, once I got to the store I was informed by the budtender that the price was wrong and that the actual price was $15.00 (despite showing him the listed price on the Preserve website, and my submitted order thru Dutchie).

I can't overstate my surprise when I walked through the front door of Preserve for the first time. I'm not sure what I was expecting but I can tell you what I wasn't expecting...A bright, shining, new and classy, professionally decorated shop. Whoever designed this space knew what they wanted and what they were doing, wow. If you're reading this you know this is Salem's newest dispensary, cannabis shop. It doesn't feel like what I expected either. A very helpful, knowledgeable employee greeted me when I walked in even though they were assisting someone else. While I briefly waited I was impressed by the well equipped and stocked display cases. When it was my turn to be waited on I had quite a few questions that were all answered by a friendly young man who certainly seemed to know his business. The whole experience was much more than I expected and I left there feeling like an old customer instead of a first time patron. Preserve is obviously ran by professionals in their field and have earned a repeat customer today. I won't be purchasing my products from any other competitor in town. Well done!

I stopped by for the first time last week. Gotta say the whole store is gorgeous! Lots of old growth reclaimed Doug Fir accents everywhere. Prices were great and I think I met one of the owners who was super nice. Highly recommend we support these guys!Jim NormandyNormandy GuitarsMerry Xmas!

Beautiful shop with amazing staff who are all knowledgeable and welcoming. Great selection of products including over 40 different strains of flower to chose from. I will definitely be back the next time I am visiting Salem. And for those who are wondering, the shop is handicap accessible.
