I can't overstate my surprise when I walked through the front door of Preserve for the first time. I'm not sure what I was expecting but I can tell you what I wasn't expecting...A bright, shining, new and classy, professionally decorated shop. Whoever designed this space knew what they wanted and what they were doing, wow. If you're reading this you know this is Salem's newest dispensary, cannabis shop. It doesn't feel like what I expected either. A very helpful, knowledgeable employee greeted me when I walked in even though they were assisting someone else. While I briefly waited I was impressed by the well equipped and stocked display cases. When it was my turn to be waited on I had quite a few questions that were all answered by a friendly young man who certainly seemed to know his business. The whole experience was much more than I expected and I left there feeling like an old customer instead of a first time patron. Preserve is obviously ran by professionals in their field and have earned a repeat customer today. I won't be purchasing my products from any other competitor in town. Well done!
