PWO is thebest place in town to get the best quality rec in town. I like the staff. They are some of the best ppl in town that can answer almost any questions you can think of. The security guard is the coolest in town. This is worth the drive and gas. Isaiah is one of the best security guards. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about what they have in stock always a friendly vibe.

This place is a complete fraud! Don't trust them with your business they will rip you off! I was told by the bud tender to get the manager special and I would love it. They put like 5 buds on top of an OZ of shake. They only let you take a peak of it before closing it and ringing you up (almost $100). There is a little over 2 grams of bud the rest shake. They tell you it's a bud deal and it's complete bate and switch. I will never return to them, this is not the first time they have been caught with bate and switch they do it with the pat pens as well giving the $10 one when you pay for the stronger $25 one.

I always get the 30 dollar ounces and im pretty sure ive been shorted twice now! Law says i cant open my goodies until i get home . I get home and weigh the bottle, zero it out, then the weed in the bottle, and it does NOT weigh the ounce it was suppose to. If it wasnt for the great customer service id rate lower. However when i called to address the issue, i was given the excuse that there was probably still some bud stuck on the side of the bottle. Negatory.. thanks though. Very disappointing .im paying for a certain amount which is advertised on the bottles...why am i not getting what im paying for? Debating if i even want to go back again.

The staff there are so amazing!! They definitely know there products and can assist you in finding the right concoction for you. The prices are very reasonable also. They also have great discount times and the special of the day discounts to enjoy. Birthday joints are only a penny here also!

Best prices and usually my favorite. Well worth the drive from the springs. The prices are consistently the best in Pueblo but out of the times I have purchased only one of the times the flower produced a decent high. The other two times the flower produced a horrible high with a headache.*updateFlower contains pesticides not registered as organic.

Staff was very friendly, they helped me find a strain that not only wouldn't give me migraines but help me with migraines/pain and the best part was I got 1/2 ounce for$50! For the price and quality of their product, I would say it's well worth the hour and 30 minute round tip it takes to get here from Colorado Springs.

I've been frequently visiting this establishment for about 6 months now. Up until now I probably would of given them a four because when it was all said and done they got me in and out and a reasonable pace. My personal experience while I was actually there I would of rated about a two. I'm not your hippie dippy pothead that thinks it's cool you all are coming of the back baked outta your effin gorge every time I come into your place of business. I don't think it awesome to have giant jars pushed into my face and being told to sniff. I don't care how my weed compares to cheese. I just want to spend my hard earned dollars on your overpriced product and be on my merry way. You are a billion dollar a year industry. Not some hippie commune where everything is about good times and good vibes. When you have a poster on your wall that states your intentions of ripping your customers off for every dime you can you lose the right to pretend to be our bros. Alright. So lets stop pretending like you're not the capitalist pigs our hippie forefathers detested. I want to see a little professionalism yeah? Like when there is a customer standing for twenty minutes maybe not completely ignore them; and when I say completely ignore I mean completely. I walked in, was greeted by the man behind the window checking I.D.s and told to wait and someone would be able to help me shortly. I stood there in their horribly cliche storefront for twenty minutes. There were two customers(I was the second of the two), two cash registers and two employee both of whom I've seen personally check people out. During the twenty minutes I stood there waiting not once was my presence even acknowledged. No one seemed to think it a good idea to explain to the customer why he's just being left to stand there with his thumb up his butt.I'd say around the ten minute mark was about the time when I started wondering just exactly what "prices varying based on demand" meant. Got me wondering just what the difference between a reasonable price based off of the cost of production and the cost of selling and the price they decided the could squeeze out of the customer was. Maybe I'm just being a silly ole pessimist but based off the weed industry's overall profits I'd imagine the difference is obscene. Moral of the story if you guys at least acted like a respectable business I wouldn't have been ignored long enough for that illusion of you actually giving a crap about your customers to come crashing down. That illusion is important if you're going to be ripping off your customers. Take it from a guy whose worked at plenty of chain stores in his time. I mean imagine if the customers realized that the coupons we give them for the products we offer are about 50% of the "menu price". That at 50% of what we actually charge we are still making enough profit to keep the narcissistic sociopaths who own the franchises and branding happy.Come on people. This is business fundamentals at it's most basic. Customer service is important. Lets say it again. Customer service is important. Good. Now give me back the hour of my life you wasted and we'll be square.

pueblo west organics is my go to shop. they always have the cartridges for my patpen that i love to but. I bought my pen from there as well and i couldn't stress how happy i am . they talked to me and taught me everything i need to know about my patpen . they have the best customer service and they make sure you are taken care of before you walk out. with every transaction i have made there i have never left dissatisfied. i bought a bong on 420 and it hits amazing. the employees are always so welcoming. if they don't have what i want they always suggest something similar and i'm not displeased. the only time i go to a different shop is when PWO is closed. i've lived here for a year and PWO has been with me ever since. i really like how they have two early bird specials it's very convenient. the flour is really good with many options to choose from
