These guys are amazing!!!!Their crew, prices, quality,discounts!!!I really do recommend them a lot! only place i like to go to! Tried other places and nothing like these guys!idk whats wrong with people talking about lines, and them ignoring...THEY ARE NICE, there's one here and there of their employee that are not nice but im not gnna stop coming cus of one person!

Got one of the best sativa-indo hybrid bud I've gotten from anywhere in a while here. Plus for someone that just started coming to shops again after years. Everyone there was very helpful and had me in and out with exactly what I wanted quickly (and not in a unwelcomed pushy way). This was great though considering I've been to a number of establishments that made me feel like I was annoying them or a burden anytime I asked a question or was unsure of what I wanted. They were very helpful and didn't make me feel like I was annoying them with questions or uncertainty in my choices.

Great prices but the customer service needs a lot of improvement. To start I’ve been here over 7 times since I recently moved here and have spent a good amount of money. Earlier this week I put in an online order, and got a text saying they received my order. When I showed up an hour later no one worked on my order or even noticed that I placed it until I arrived.Tonight I waited in line for 10 minutes, which didn’t bother me but when Jason and I think his name is Skip (tall black guy) were done with their customers neither of them made initiative to help me and they made it seem like I was a burden to help. I asked Jason about a few products and in the midst of him “helping” me he went off and did other tasks without explanation so I had to wait longer. I felt rushed when he came back to “help” me but he wasn’t helpful at all.The last thing is the rewards program. Two times already workers have rung me up and had me pay without asking if I’m a rewards member. I think his name is Skip (tall black guy). Tonight after he rung me up I told him I’m a member and then he played it off like he added points after the fact..which he obviously didnt. I know you guys have long busy days and you’re tired and maybe agitated during the end of the night but keep in mind that it could be the same for customers such as myself. I worked a 12 hours today and came to buy your product, I would atleast like to feel welcomed and invited. Tonight I felt rushed and like my business didn’t matter. On a positive note I do have to say the guy with glasses is very nice and welcoming and so is the younger lady. I most likely will not come back because I do value service over prices.P.s. there is a review almost exactly the same as mine from 7 months ago. The business representative says “customer service is our main priority”. It’s been 7 months from that review, now I am writing one so it’s quite obvious no change has been made.

The staff is nice. not very knowledgeable about their products. Might just be my luck but every time I buy anything there the quality and taste is not good of strains and products I've tried before. Its also more expensive than any other smoke shop I've been in. With it being in walking distance of two other dispensarys I suggest going to one of them, I like Kushmans personally.

When someone finally gets to you they don't listen to your order or request and you either have to repeat yourself multiple times OR you actually get the wrong order(if you are in a hurry and don't check). Check your bag!With that being said, my last and FINAL experience was an online order that I set up. I called to verify it was ready and was told it was and that I would also get a 15% discount for my first online order, cool! Not really...I was quoted $116 from one lady on the phone but when I get there I'm told its $125. When I told him I was quoted a price he had no response, just a blank stare and seem confused. These guys need to really get it in gear...from the waiting to the service and communication. I will not be coming here again and will not refer anyone in the future. Anyone who takes the time to read this, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Placed my order online an sent my husband to pick it up. They didnt have half of the items I ordered. An of course my husband was nice enough to think that maybe I would be unhappy so he when ahead an picked out a couple of things to fill in the gaps for the missing items ordered. I think there should be a way to notify the customer that the order was not complete an if you wanted to add or substitute then you could at that time. So anyways long story short I was not happy with the order, nor was I pleased with the choices my husband made. And they do not accept any returns unless its a cartridge for vape pen. So I was stuck with $80 of dry old weed I wouldn't give to a homeless person. An the fact they would even carry these brands of marijuana, they are terrible quality. But the fact there was hairs in more than half the bags an the manager didnt even attempt to try an accommodate me in anyway. So there was nothing I could do. How disappointing, now I guess its off to Kushman across the street. Wish me luck! I will let you know how it goes!!

They are lucky they even got one star. I normally love this place and come in for the great deals on prerolls. I have a medical condition that gives me alot of pain and I filled out my first time online order for some cbd drops to help. I have worked at a dispensary less than a year ago so I am familiar with the product. I get to the store to retrieve my order and I am told that I am not allowed the product because it is medical only. Firstly, if you are limiting a product for specific customers, you should label it as such and make it not purchase-able for everyone who isn't medical, secondly I was unaware that you can even get medical cards or medically certified after the legalization was put in place, thirdly I was not aware that you limit specific merchandise for said medical member. And lastly, if I have to text you to confirm my order, I expect that if I am not allowed said product, that you guys follow up and call me before I drive all the way from Machias for you to tell I will not get my medicine to get me through the week this week. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of service. I will not be coming back.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. It was difficult to notice going northbound on Hwy 99, so keep an eye out for it on the right side around a bend. It's okay if you pass by as you can simply make a left across the road and turn back using the middle turn lane.The best establishment for the Lynnwood and Snohomish areas.

This was the worst store ever. Two things in life you don't do, mess with a patients smoke wand someone's car, and thier smoke, especially if you are medical. I bought (3) 3.5 bags of Durban menace and there was nothing but undeveloped seeds popping out of my bong. PuffnChill should be banned from all sells. I contacted the Attorney General and three coalition's and a police report to hopefully get rid this complete rip off. The owner said we can't take back the opened packages. I said " how do you think I found out the weed was bad"? Totally RIPPED ME OFF nothing but stomach and blotted pain and headache.
