I have had my medical card for four years now and every time I go to this dispensary I have a Horrible customer service experience. I always have to wait 30 minutes when there is no one in the lobby. Do not go to this dispensary. It would be better to go on the two minute drive from purple med to go to the downtown dispensary and get higher quality products and better customer service and a quicker friendly service. I repeat I do not recommend you going to this dispensary.

$28 eighths was their cheapest deal ( im used to $15-$19) and the buds were outdoors, super stemmy and low quality. the lady got offended when i told her i could get better somewhere else and proceded to recommend the $50 eighth so i can get what i was looking for. I told her that i could get much better stuff elsewhere but since it was almost 10pm i was pretty much forced to buy their stuff. two other staff members come out telling me i offended them when i just simply giving them my opinion. bunch of softies selling C- weed for premium prices.

Used to be my favorite place to go you can no longer use your rewards points at your leisure ? At some point you have to care about your patients but nonetheless I will no longer be spending any money at purple med unless last choice. Burning your bridges and I used to love this place only good things have been said and I tell everyone not anymore, 12 dollars should be sold for 8 there top shelf is a laughable 24% talk about low grade up your quality and let patients use there rewards points at there leisure sincerely an upset customer and every other day if not daily visitor

greenmed told me to go get my new patient specials at purplemed, their sister store...I was in the area so I decided to go in but was greeted by a girl who, after I told her that I haven’t been there before and would like to register, and she gave me the weirdest look and rudely said “check in isn’t til 3.” feeling kind of embarrassed I just said okay and started to walk out. she said “do you have a reservation..?” I said “no this is my first time here, I didn’t know”. she says “ooooookay we’ll check in isn’t until 3, most places are like that..” (which none of the dispensaries I’ve been to are like that) it may have been my fault for missing any signs posted, but I found no information regarding this on their reviews page GreenMed didn’t tell me that either..anyways yeah she really didn’t need to be rude. she showed me all there is to know about that place. that store lost a potential customer. I’ll stick to better places that are at least nice to customers

I have been going to this place for over three years and spend upwards of $100 a week , may not seem like alot but I'm disabled and I'm fixed income. I really rely on the point system to save money as a perk of being a loyal customer it clearly says "store credit" but some employees say it can't be used with already discounted items ..nowhere does it say there is any restrictions on the STORE CREDIT and normally have had no issue redeeming my points until today I went expecting to use my $15 store credit on the $65 half ounces they had for new years just to find out I can't use my store credit on that..last time I checked store credit is store credit, if your not smart enough to put a disclaimer on the point program not my fault and my earned store credit should've been honored without me having to buy something I didn't need just to use it . When I talked to the manager about it she was very rude and said they sent out texts 4 months ago explaining this , well I've been on the text and email notifications since they started it and somehow got every one of those but not just that one and when asked to show it they never could. I had to spend money I wasn't planning on because half the employees enforce this bogus policy that seems to come out of nowhere ..ive used it for anything since its STORE CREDIT in the past and had no issues ...they couldve at least honored it this time since its the first I ever heard of it ans they never could produce the email or text that supposedly went out to every one....if they screw up and say they have ounces for $50 they are real quick To send out a text correcting that because they had to sell a few cuz they screwed up this should be no different ..and when all you get is attitudes about it and you've been such a good customer who always tips real nice is whack I'll literally go spend more money at other places just to not give my business here anymore so upset i really like some of the ppl who worked there she even called the owner who I guess told her they way to fix it was to give me a stale 30 mg cookie instead of honoring the point system that clearly says STORE CREDIT no little star next to it no fine print just store credit idk if they know the ethics of business but customer is usually right until you make it clear that it's a coupon even tho is says store credit.

First time here. Place is difficult to find, GPS is inaccurate, says you've arrived before you actually do. (Check the pic I posted for exact location). Seems like a shady area at first, but it's not, and they have a security guard so no worries. Safe and secure. Nice clean waiting room. Fast easy check-in. Med room is small and easy to navigate. Very friendly and knowledgeable budtenders. Flower selection is pretty good, quality ranged from good to fantastic, $10-12 gram. Good selection of great quality extracts, $20 half gram, on sale for $16. Decent selection of edibles, and a few tinctures and related products. Specials every day. Will return for sure.

Hidden off the highway Purple Med is a diamond in the rough. Great specials and daily deals on top shelf and a staff that addresses clients by name which in my opinion goes a long way. Superb flower. It's basically Earths Healing in terms of quality with a more intimate approach and a lower price tag...Purple Med #1 in town. Earths Healing #2

Staff is knowledgeable, helpful. I can not say enough. They really do care. The understanding of the varieties of product, most of which is their own. Try to top that tincture..price or quality. They got me thru major dental surgery needing 2 narcotics..prob could of made it just on this medicine. Pineapple was big too!! Thank you guys and Jason too!!!

Friendly staff and employees. Good selection of affordable product and speedy service. This place may not be the best at putting up a facade or being the Bloomingdale's of dispensaries. However, it's a great little place with quality products, helpful crew, and excellent prices. Try it at least once or twice and get your new patient bonus.
