Feedback:

I have been going to this place for over three years and spend upwards of $100 a week , may not seem like alot but I'm disabled and I'm fixed income. I really rely on the point system to save money as a perk of being a loyal customer it clearly says "store credit" but some employees say it can't be used with already discounted items ..nowhere does it say there is any restrictions on the STORE CREDIT and normally have had no issue redeeming my points until today I went expecting to use my $15 store credit on the $65 half ounces they had for new years just to find out I can't use my store credit on that..last time I checked store credit is store credit, if your not smart enough to put a disclaimer on the point program not my fault and my earned store credit should've been honored without me having to buy something I didn't need just to use it . When I talked to the manager about it she was very rude and said they sent out texts 4 months ago explaining this , well I've been on the text and email notifications since they started it and somehow got every one of those but not just that one and when asked to show it they never could. I had to spend money I wasn't planning on because half the employees enforce this bogus policy that seems to come out of nowhere ..ive used it for anything since its STORE CREDIT in the past and had no issues ...they couldve at least honored it this time since its the first I ever heard of it ans they never could produce the email or text that supposedly went out to every one....if they screw up and say they have ounces for $50 they are real quick To send out a text correcting that because they had to sell a few cuz they screwed up this should be no different ..and when all you get is attitudes about it and you've been such a good customer who always tips real nice is whack I'll literally go spend more money at other places just to not give my business here anymore so upset i really like some of the ppl who worked there she even called the owner who I guess told her they way to fix it was to give me a stale 30 mg cookie instead of honoring the point system that clearly says STORE CREDIT no little star next to it no fine print just store credit idk if they know the ethics of business but customer is usually right until you make it clear that it's a coupon even tho is says store credit.
