AMAZING staff, very clean and modern building. An absolute top notch clinic. Also, i didn’t have to wait really at all. I was in to see the doctor in a flash. She didn’t make me feel rushed either, which was nice. It always feels like doctors are running out of the door before you can ask more than a question or two.All 3 women who treated me during my visit were all highly compassionate, skilled professionals, BUT more importantly, treated me like a real human being instead of just a patient.... i find that to be very rare in medical care.If I could give 10 stars I would. :)

We've seen Dr. Elizaveta Delong 3 times due to my son's sprained ankle during his PE class. I was impressed by the service received. It was easy to schedule the same-day appointment, we were admitted right away without waiting. Ms. Elizaveta is a great knowledgeable and caring doctor who takes time to answer all your questions and concerns. Most of the time we communicated in English but if you are looking for a Russian speaking doctor, she speaks Russian.

Wife and I have been here recently and it's great for what it's there for, which is to quickly diagnose your ailment with the equipment they have. The receptionists, nurses, and physicians are all friendly. They smile and you don't feel like a number. Their processes are pretty good, I'm not waiting long after my appointment time and for the doctor to see me. The waiting area is just the right size, clean, and warm. Finally, being able to set up and appointment online was phenomenal. I wish they had more equipment there like a sonar or x-ray machine, but the imaging place a block away didn't take too long for a walk-in. I'm not sure if they do blood or urine work here.

Dr. Julie Samora made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. She was cold, indifferent, and rude. She even mocked me when I asked her how to take a better care of myself on certain things relevant to my visit. She said that I was not 5 years old, I should have known. Her tone was sarcastic when she gave the above comments. When I pointed out to her that her attitude made me feel uncomfortable, she became defensive and said that she was there only on Monday, so if I didn’t want to see her, I could see other doctors. Dr Julie Samora may have passed the bar to become a doctor, but she probably forgets to pass the bar to be a human.

The nurse who made my appointment and took my vitals was very kind and helpful. The physicians assistant Albert was more useless than Google. Immediately came in and told me to remove my knee brace. No questions regarding what happened before and after my injury. Told me to keep using my brace, ice & ibuprofen, which I was already doing. Offered to write me a work excuse and sent me on my way. I felt it was a waste of my time and money to be there. I would seek any other urgent care center except this branch and this chain in the future.

Receptionist, nurse and doctor is very nice. They listened to your problem and very courteous. Office is new, clean and quiet. Prescription sent to next door CVS right after the appointment. Very efficiency!

Fantastic all the way throughout the process. Reception was helpful and informative taking my insurance information and working that part out for me. Doctor was very nice and helpful, got the prescriptions to the pharmacy and followed up with a call to the pharmacy. Hoping I do not have to go back, but if I did I am sure I would get the same great care.
