Feedback:

The nurse who made my appointment and took my vitals was very kind and helpful. The physicians assistant Albert was more useless than Google. Immediately came in and told me to remove my knee brace. No questions regarding what happened before and after my injury. Told me to keep using my brace, ice & ibuprofen, which I was already doing. Offered to write me a work excuse and sent me on my way. I felt it was a waste of my time and money to be there. I would seek any other urgent care center except this branch and this chain in the future.
