Went inside to place order. Very RUDE Hispanic guy told me I couldn’t place the order in store. He pointed to the outside window & said I had to call the number in order for me to place the order. Which I thought was COMPLETELY STUPID, because he said I could only pick up orders , but not place orders ... what’s the difference? The contact is still the same. Regardless, it was the way he said it, very rude and unprofessional. Made me not even want to place an order! Need better customer service !

Placed an order and missing the pizza driver was suppose to go back to store and big it but of course it did not go smoothly Matthew the store supervisor lied and said he talked to us and we stated we were missing icing not pizza. He would not let it go continued to just insist that we are missing icing instead of a whole pizza, we tell him to talk to driver but Matthew does not care. Do not order from this store order from a different one if you want your whole order and not to be lied too as well still waiting for our refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE and DEFINITELY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT MATTHEW get a new job that doesn't require customer service

I ordered 1 large pizza with 3 toppings and I went to go pick it up and when I got home it was all wrong and my family couldn't eat it. I called the Doninos in Norwalk and they realized there was another guest with my same name and swapped pizzas by accidant. They ended up delivering to my house the correct pizza at no extra charge nor a tip. I felt that was very nice of them and I understand we all make mistakes.

On Friday January 17th Approximately 8pm I placed an order for pizza and requested it be well-done. An hour later when the pizza arrived at my door I noted it was not well-done. I called the store and spoke with Jackie regarding my order and wanted to order a new one she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager to which she responded ' I am the manger' and hung up. I called back at 10 pm to check on the order and I was put on hold for 15 min. I called back and she said it was delivered. I said it was not then she said I will check with the driver and placed the call back on hold and never returned. I can expect that kind of behavior from an employee but from a manger is astonishing and a bad reputation on the Domino's brand. Domino's should investigate the franchisee as this is not the first poor experience I have had with this store.

Ordered food online. At the hour mark called the store just to wait on hold for 9 minutes to ask where my order was? Their reply was that the driver knocked with no answer which is bs because I have dogs that would have gone crazy and a security camera that didn't show anyone coming up. This is the 2nd time I ordered from them and will be my last, next time I'm going to pizza hut, at least my food will get here in a reasonable time and will be hot.

My first time at this Dominos and the pizza was pretty good... I'm just real big on customer service and this Dominos was very lacking... The employees were horsing around and just being plain unprofessional with a customer sitting in the store.. The only female in the store was on her cellphone at the cash register!! I guess as long as the pizza was good should be what matters...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I walked in guy on the phone didn’t acknowledge that we were up at the counter kept talking on the phone. Thank god he was on the phone I looked over and were they have all the condiments and were they make the pizza was full of flies!!! Yes flies all over the open containers. I called and made a complain with the main corporate office. Owner called me trying to give me free stuff mmm no thanks.

It took them 30 minutes to realize that they don't deliver to me address after taking my order and my payment I had to place an order in a different Domino just because they did this mistake ridiculous that they don't understand where they could deliver and where they can't waste of time for me and I didn't even get an apology after all that

This is the worst Dominos ever!!!!!!! You can set your clock that they will forget your dipping sauce every single time!!!!!!!! The only reason why I order from this store is there is not another one closer. You can even call the store and tell the manager to please make sure they don't forget the dipping sauces and they will still forget them. The employees and management do not care about customer service and do not take pride in there work. Please do your self a favor and order from somewhere else . I am never going to order from this location again.

Been ordering from this location for like 10 or more years and frequently and never had any problems with the service or quality of food. I'm always satisfied and call back often for more. Haven't had pizza-hut in idk how many years. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich, pepperoni and bacon pizza, and chicken Alfredo pasta has always hit the spot. I work late and can order up until midnight so that's good for me too. Delivery drivers have always been pleasant to deal with as well. I give 5 out of 5 to the food and employees I've dealt with from this location over the years. Thanks Dominos for always coming through when I need you to ;)
