I would just like to state that my experience with Hannah was hands down my most memorable experience at a dispensary. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, & hella down to earth. She had fire recommendations in which i was very satisfied with my purchases after getting home and trying them out. From now on, when I return to the store she’s going to be my go to. I’ll be sending all my friends and family to this dispensary and letting them know of my amazing experience. Hannah, if you see this, THANK YOU😊

Most of the ads posted in Westword are either out of stock, or are an extra couple dollars than the westword post. A few times items labeled as 10 dollars have shown up as 12 at the register. Plenty of 'Idk the computer says'/'that's not my job' from the employees too. Occasionally closed with the open light still on. Fantastic prices and solid product though, it's really a shame.

Deals are good the two times I've been. The cheap $10 concentrate I got last time was awesome. Only reason 2 stars is they are unorganized, phone seems to always be disconnected, website security certs are super sketchy, to the point that Google Chrome tells me to leave the site immediately (more info: security certificate is from shortener.secureserver.net) also I asked a guy who answered the phone today about all the reviews mentioning spider mytes and afids and very quickly got a little attitude claiming it was all a lie from an employee on Facebook, yet I didn't even go to Facebook to see 4 separate people mentioning this same issue all here in the reviews on maps. I will give this review am update based on my next in person/in store experience but that won't be today, another store got my business due to all I mentioned above.

I always make it a point to visit this dispensary when I visit Colorado. They are one of the only places that sale infused ice cream 🙂Plus the customer service there is always great....with the exception of the guy that checks IDs per other reviews on here. Tim, is always super friendly and full of information. He's one of the best parts of Golden Meds 🙌

It was my first experience here. There was good amount of different products (different bud strains, various edibles, vape cartridges, and concentrates)reasonable pricing as well as daily deals. But, what truely made my first experience great was the bud tender. My bartender was Sabrina, and she was an absolute delight! She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. While the weed was good and pricing was reasonable, it is because of the Sabrina's personable recommendation and cheerful interaction that made my first trip enjoyable. Thank you for the great experience, I shall return in the future 🙂

I love this store. The door guy us so friendly and sweet. I believe his name is Antonio. I could be wrong hope I didn't spell it wrong. Brandon always tends to me. I come to see him. He explains everything amd is honest. Honestly the most wonderful person. I am legally blind and get anxiety try to look at and buy things. He is always so helpful. I have spoke to many of the other workers. I love this store.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place but customer service has gone way down the drain in the past 2-3 weeks. Budtenders aren’t helpful at all, just talking amongst themselves. I went in today and the girl was high on heroine or something. Moving extremely too slow and not answering any of my questions. Just a mess. The managers or owners need to come in and give customer service classes or at least be present so they will do their Jobs smh. Not to mention maybe a dress code be in place

This place is a joke! Very unprofessional! They think it’s a joke that they overcharge you and won’t fix their error! I hope they think it’s real funny when I report them to CO MEDICAL MARIJUANA and BBB. I was hung up on. Left on hold, then made fun of where I could hear. This is not the end. We’ll see who’s laughing! Damian was the name of the manager they gave me, but I’m sure that’s a lie! It’s all recorded! Thank you for all of the information. Went in a couple days ago, this is by far my favorite dispensary, EVERY bud tender is friendly and very helpful... this particular time I ordered online so i went to the other side to line up. The door guy Antoine I think is his name, acknowledged and greeted me immediately (as always) as i was standing there a lady walked up and asked him how many he was letting in at a time and if he acknowledged his online order, the way she said it was very degrading aand disrespectful, and unprofessional at the least. This woman was clearly in management and to treat an employee like that (who in my opinion is one of the coolest and down to earth employees red eye has) is completely unprofessional. Besides that the budtenders and employees are amazing! Keep on with the amazing work guys!

Terrible experience, even with the inclusion on the struggle EVERY business is going through. Tried to go in for the 4/20 deal found in the westword, only to be told at the store it only works for water hash (which the budtender didn't know what is was)They say they're to busy to answer the store phone, but when you go inside half of the staff is texting on their phone. Rude staff, over priced product. Save yourself the time and go hit Wolfpac. Much better deals, and more willing to help. And they actually answer the phone!
