Feedback:

New customer review, I found red eye a week and a half ago, they have pretty good weed all around for decent prices. I've been their at different times, everytime seems to be different. They have a line today, other days they dont. On my visit today, upon arriving I noticed the door says it opens at 830am, not 9am like Google says. After I buy my oz. I was in the process of showing the budtender, Brandon, that Google says 9am and to show him my 20% off accessories coupon. Brandon completely freaks out talking about no phones, but not in a customer service friendly tone. I wanted to buy some glass but quickly changed my mind after being talked to so disrespectful, and not being able to show you my coupon that the company sent to my phone. If the coupon needs to be shown before on the floor then that needs to be addressed. Making people feel belittled over a coupon on a phone is definitely not the way I'd like to begin the day. I've been shopping Colorado weed since its been legal. Purchasing weed is suppost to be a very relaxing experience. This definitely was not a good shopping experience. Would love to see improvement on these customer service issues.
