Feedback:

Went in for a quick print. I used the self service station, logged in with my Dropbox, it downloaded the document, and printed it. Quite easy!Edit for subsequent visit: Went in with a couple items to pack and ship. They seemed a little busy so I wasn't helped immediately. After about 10 minutes, the manager helped me find an appropriately sized box which was a much different size than what I was told about over the phone but as long as the items fit and the price wasn't significantly different than my online quote I was okay with it. I was told the price of the box itself ($40) and then given a rate quote ($39.xx) which I was okay with. They proceeded to pack up my items and when it came time to pay, the total was staggeringly different than my original quote ($225 vs $79.xx). So after over an hour of waiting for what seemed like a simple pack and ship job, I left quite frustrated and without my items being shipped.
