Feedback:

Maybe it's the customers who are idiots, and not the staff!!!! My experience at FedEx Office has been nothing but a positive experience everytime. The staff is VERY helpful and VERY willing to help all of those people who cannot read their email, find their PDF document on their flash drive, make copies, etc.....you name it, they can help you! And from my observation, they usually work better when the customers are not screaming at them, for stuff they didn't create!!!! OMG! Talk about idiots!!!!!
