How can Kaiser be profiting in the billions? By having 2 registers open at the pharmacy while 40+ people wait in line for an hour to get their medicine.Shameful and wrong.I must acknowledge, the employees working in the pharmacy hustle, they are polite, and clearly are trying to move the line as quickly as possible. This is an upper management issue, their actions cancel their words. Period.

Had a fantastic experience everyone was very nice and helpful, my new doctor Kevin chandrasena and Amanda Heigle nurse was great and made my experience very pleasant and professional. The lady doing the blood work was crazy fast and pain free. The layout of the building is not my favorite but was asked if needed help every minute so was never lost. All in all I loved my experience and the workers, I would definitely recommend and look forward to hopefully a long healthy relationship together.

Every time I come here I have to wait for hours. This time my son has a open wound on his leg and is in a lot of pain and we have been here over 2 hours and they haven’t even done vitals. The nurses are rude and the keep calling people in that came after us for things like a cold or elbow pain. Getting Kaiser insurance was the worst decision I ever made.

Have always had great service with Kaiser. Would never pick another provider. The attention to detail. The fact that everything is done at one facility. Doctor visit, labs, and pharmacy is so convenient. With kaiser it is easy to pick another provider if you are not happy with the one you have. There app provides all the resources needed for complete coverage.

Horrible service, no one can communicate properly. Went for pain in my ovaries they didn’t do an ultrasound or even ask for a pee test. So over this company. It’s impossible to speak with anyone & a week later & I’m still in pain. Wasn’t given any medicine for what’s going on & was basically told to “rest,” wear loose clothes, & drink ginger. Wow could’ve googled that. Such a waste of time. Been transferred 6 times over the phone within an hour & still no resolution. I set my appointment up to see an OBGYN & I speak to some nurse & she says my doctor wasn’t an OBGYN. Why the hell is it so difficult for them to do their jobs? Also it looks really unprofessional having inaudible employees calling customers because we cannot understand them!

First off KATHERINE BRALY NEEDS HER LICENSE REVOKED AND DRUG TESTED!!!. SHE GIVES KAISER A BAD NAME. My finance, 9 month daughter and I were humiliated with her storming into the waiting room while we were asking receptionist to see how long the wait time will be since we were waiting forever to be seen for the second time. Even checking in 15-20 minutes earlier doesn't even make a difference. This crazy lazy stormed in the waiting area all the way to the receptionist check in and humiliated us. Demanded we "just come in, just come in!". Then after coming in the nurse station she told us to just sit down! While trying to express our frustration with the wait and multiple terrible experiences, she MOCKED us and invited her staff into the conversation about how they have nothing but good reviews. Hmm where are they because they are no where to be found???? I shared with her how I lost my daughter while pregnancy at 4 months due to nurses negligence and malpractice and she continued to raise her voice over us without having any remorse or care in the world. My fiance was holding our daughter while defending us and she continued to raise her voice and laugh!!!! She got up raising her voice with my fiance holding our daughter to go off on him in a very hostile manner with no regards or respect for our infant! It was so bad a nurse had to pull her away and take us to a room while she was still down the hall going off. We were mortified!!!! Only people who act this way is coming down off some heavy drugs because she behaved in a very questionable matter! Who hired her!??? She had no regard to the loss of my daughter and in fact found our complaints to be funny. If you do not like your job or cannot handle it do us all a favor and QUIT!!!! HER ACTIONS WERE TERRIBLE and Hurtful! You have a complaint and for some reason she thinks it's okay to humiliate, bully, and harass patients with their children witnessing. TRULY DISGUSTING!!!!!! Wildomar has very poor reviews about staff and their nasty attitudes and wait time EVERYWHERE!!! Only had to come here to get my child in earlier. Everyone do yourself a favor and go to Temecula, Menifee or Riverside. Staff is truly amazing happy loving people who care about their patients and families!

Terrible. TERRIBLE. Ive been going to kaiser since I was a child and I personally hate kaiser. They're always disorganized, never have enough staff, taking they're sweet time just so they dont have deal with patients, misplace appointments, change your appointments without notifying you, even some of the doctors at these establishments are problematic, you tell them your health issues and they can't figure it out so just basically tell you take some sleeping pills or some aspirin if not that they just transfer you to somebody else.

Worst health insurance!!!You are stock with Kp and there is nowhere to fill a prescription they close so early, the phone medical advise is busy, busy , busy. I hope i can change this worthless insurance I have now!!!I wish I can go back to blue shield.

I took my two daughters on 1/31/18 ages 9 and 10 to get their flu shot with a on call nurse suite 109. My 13 yr. old son was with us. We arrived just past 2 O'clock when the staff gets back from lunch. Check in was pleasant. Wait time was minimal, but the Nurse was very unprofessional to say the least. Right off the bat. Instead of calling my daughters, her patients; by name she called out "Flu shots." I said, Hello and how are you? She said nothing! I wasn't sure if she was going to weight my girls, so I told them to stand near the scale. She didn't say anything just walked past us. Halfway down the hall she utteres with an attitude, "FOLLOW." Had she given us verbal directions to begin with, we would have. Inside the exam room, she said "sit down on the table or the two chairs where ever." I insturcted my son to sit in one chair while his sisters got their shots, I stood. My 10 yr old daughter sat in the other chair. Assuming my youngest would go firts on the TABLE. I handed the nurse the two Flu Vaccine Tracking and Data Entry forms for my girls. She took them but did not even read them. The forms specify if there are and known allergies to latex and other important information prior to administering the vaccine. She was getting ready with the shot when I noticed she was approaching my son. I quickly said "Oh no, he's not getting it!" Had she read the forms or called out her patients by name, (as is her job) she would have known her patients were two girls not a teenaged Boy! She got angry and said to my son who was sitting in the chair, "Well then YOU need to MOVE!" We couldn't believe she said that! We all looked at each other in shock. She looked at me and shook her head. Extremely rude and so unprofessional! I should have said something then but didn't. I let my kids down allowing this rude lady to talk down to us. She needs to be reprimanded for her behavior and crass treatment of her patients. We've never had this kind of negative treatment by other Kaiser staff at Wildomar. She was terrible, I apologized to my kids for not speaking up to her. I was just shocked to say anything.

This is the worst place for any kind of care. I've been complaining to my doctor about certain symptoms since April. I've ended up in urgent care and 2 ER's. Tests were finally ordered a month later and couldn't be completed due to severe pain. Messaged my doctor first thing in the morning because of severe pains and it's now the next afternoon and no response.All these people want to do is take your money and do nothing to help you. If you die you die.
