We have purchased two Noreasters a few years apart. Both experiences were excellent. We love our high tunnels--they grow gorgeous tomatoes and cucumbers. Our thanks to Harry who has always gotten right back to us with whatever we need. Would highly recommend them and their product!

Simply put, this is the very best product and company out there. Working with Rimol made my life simple. From the very first day straight through to completion of our Nor'easter, they were nothing short of professional and helpful. Great pricing and seriously the strongest and best quality product on the market. I have never had an issue with customer service, call backs or shipping, and must say they went out of their way to babysit us through the construction and answer our questions along the way. Would give 10 stars if it was possible.

Terrible customer service. Zero accountability for product defects. Places blame on distributors for low quality Rimol approved hardware substitutions. There are much better companies and greenhouse system out there. After dealing with this company I wish I spent more time researching their competitors because they out this company to shame.

I can not seem to get in touch with anyone at this company for almost a month now. I've request a quote 3 times and also have requested their catalog twice but haven't received anything back from them. I've heard great things about their high tunnels but it seems impossible to make an order for one.

Extremely professional! Was very happy with the turn around of phone calls and emails! I'll be honest, I read the reviews and was a little hesitant. However, I want to say give them a call. The man we worked with through out the ordering of our high tunnel was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and just overall very pleasant to work with. The man wrote up several quotes for us and answered all the questions I had. He even said to reach out to him if there are any installation questions. Before I contacted Rimol the thought of purchasing a high tunnel and installation of it over whelmed me. Now I am wishing I reached out two years ago to this company because he walked me through everything and even sent installation videos. Thank you

Any reviews saying that Rimol is hard to get in touch with are out of date, this issue has been remedied. Michael, our sales rep, was consistently available to walk us through designing the right tunnels, troubleshooting any problems we had during installation, or remedying any mistakes. Rimol is right down the road from us in Hooksett, NH, so it made pickup and delivery a breeze for us. At the end of the day, we are very happy with our two Nor'Easter Rimol High Tunnels. When it comes time to expand our tunnel operation, Rimol will be the company we go with. Knowledgeable, fair, and attentive, Rimol was great to work with.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Rimol. Michael, our rep in the northeast, was responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He answered all our questions and helped us through the whole process from choosing which greenhouse we wanted, accommodating special dimensions, and deciding which add ons we did and didn't need. We chose to pick up our greenhouse in NH instead of having it delivered and they were on time, fast, and loaded the whole thing for us. It was easy to unload at home and the user manual with set up instructions has been spot on. We have waited years to finally order our greenhouse and I'm completely satisfied with our experience with Rimol so far.
