Any reviews saying that Rimol is hard to get in touch with are out of date, this issue has been remedied. Michael, our sales rep, was consistently available to walk us through designing the right tunnels, troubleshooting any problems we had during installation, or remedying any mistakes. Rimol is right down the road from us in Hooksett, NH, so it made pickup and delivery a breeze for us. At the end of the day, we are very happy with our two Nor'Easter Rimol High Tunnels. When it comes time to expand our tunnel operation, Rimol will be the company we go with. Knowledgeable, fair, and attentive, Rimol was great to work with.
