Staff are really friendly. Prices on the other hand are pretty bad. I got a cart yesterday and when I got back home I realized it was over half way empty. Tried calling to see if I could return it for another and they keep ignoring my calls, left a message and no response. Silver state relief in Reno is fantastic all around and highly suggest it.

Normally I have a great experience here and never have any problems. except this time. I placed an order at 245pm and recieved the first text that the order was being verified. But at 6pm I still hadnt heard anythiing, then at 615 still nothing. I called several times and no resposne. I ended up cancelling the order since the website says they close at 6. I am sure it was busy but more communication would have been appreciated.

This was first time visiting this dispensary and felt confident it would be worthwhile from word of mouth from several people that was very positive. It lived up to the hype. The had a great selection of options from tinctures to drinks to gummies to chocolates to suckers to tablets and Vapes not to mention the very large variety of dry herb flower that they had to choose from that was all very high quality for reasonable prices. Bought my limit with help choosing from the staff on duty who were super super helpful. Recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nearby dispensary.

Ridiculous! After being a customer for a couple years and giving them my business...When I really need them the most during this lockdown, Rise is unwilling to work with people that still have to work during this time. They want to force you leave your work to come home when they please to call you instead of giving a window where you can actually grab your meds. Unbelievable :(

This is the very first time I have entered a review, and I'm 57! I purchased cannabis today and the sales lady got my order wrong. See brought to my car 1/2 of the quanity I ordered. And on top of it, the THC level is quite a bit higher than I requested. She just layed my purchase in the backseat of my vehicle and I drove away trusting her. When I discovered what she gave me I returned to the store. The sales lady then had the gull to say to me when returning from her break; 'You ordered this! And not that!' She came up from behind me while sitting in my vehicle, in an attempt to intimidate me. Unbelievable! The manager came out and spoke to me in an dismissive manner. And of course I couldn't return the product since I drove away. It was a horrible experience.Be careful, don't stupidly trust these people like I did!

They charged me for a order that was canceled,dismissed,and sent it to me instead of the order I placed after they cancelled dismiss.when I complained no person ever calls back.Seirra wellness makes them look like money hungry jirks.shame on the owners,do they not have any pride,or do the people who work there not care?They owe me the money they over charged me for the wrong shipment to me.NOT ONE RETURNED PHONE CALL, 5-1-20,WHY?BRUCE

Share reviewEmbed reviewWrite an updateEdit review 3/25/2020Put in online order for delivery 2 days ago... still haven't received it. have tried calling but no one answers and they won't return my phone calls. so i have e-mailed a couple of times to the mother company blackbird and they just blamed rise and didn't even offer an apology and kept contradicting themselves. was told it would be delivered in the morning. nope still didn't come. since the delivery hours are between 10am and 8pm you have to sit at home all day waiting for them to show up...if they show up. past experiences haven't been any better going in the store. they are overpriced and it is about 50/50 with the staff. half of them are nice and polite with decent customer service skill and the other half are straight up rude and have no business working in retail or sales.

One of the worst place, bad service you order online then them make you wait hours, then you arrive and make you wait again more hours. If personal on charge take action with that would be useful. And please your’s employees on counter males or females need to have a better attitude. Everyone got problems but don’t bring your bad humor to work place

First day I got a number and they called it and the guy was pretty attentive and friendly.Second day they called my phone number out loud which I'd rather they didnt share. The attendant wasn't paying attention to me as as lady was whispering to him while I was placing my order. Unprofessional and unfriendly dont go well together. With only two options around that doesnt go together well

I’d post zero stars if I could. I’m a medical patient who recently moved to Tahoe from Denver. I’m used to going to dispensaries often and spend about $500 a month there. So I was excited to find out that Rise was nearby. What started out as a way overpriced dispensary (3x the cost of Colorado and Oregon dispensaries) with pretty good customer service has turned into just an overpriced (2x Colorado and Oregon )dispensary with zero customer service. I was in there yesterday, no line, went to the back and again no line. Counted 7 employees there and 3 customers. Great. Quick and easy! waited 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, the employees not helping people were stocking shelves. Good thing the shelves got some customer service I guess. So I asked 4 different people to help me before after 15 minutes I finally got helped. And when I did one adorable girl came from the back with her manager (so there’s 2 more employees not helping customers) just up tell me it wasn’t quite an entire 15 minutes. WTF? Seriously? You should be apologizing not challenging my timekeeping skills. Let’s say it was 5 minutes, and there’s 4 free employees. And you waited 5 full minutes just to get acknowledged, that still wouldn’t be a acceptable. Dispensary’s are basically a fast food place where everything is already made. Would you wait 5 or 10 or 15 full minutes to be acknowledged? And their job is at least twice as hard. So I just got my free stuff that I earned on rewards, tipped $1 and took my $200 in cash to a different dispensary where I’m much happier. Previous to this in my last 6 orders there, 4 were wrong. This job is literally taking an item off a shelf and ringing it up and putting it in a bag. How hard is that? I could do this job almost obliterated, so even if they are all high at work that’s still no excuse to mess up on the majority of their orders. So, if you live in Carson city, first off sorry, and secondly go to Reno to buy weed. Cheaper, better quality, better experience.
