Feedback:
River City pumped my tank back in 2016 when I bought my house and they did a fine job. I called them at 5:30 pm on a Monday to come out and pump again in 2020, they were not able to make it the Tuesday but fit me into their schedule Wednesday morning. That seems reasonable based on my late call and from the 3 calls I made, you won’t find a better price.

I’ve worked with River City Environmental on multiple jobs. Their prices are quite reasonable. Unlike my experiences with other companies like them, this place stands behind their quoted price and they would do whatever it takes to finish the job to my satisfaction. Their crew of highly professional workers is incredibly nice, respectful, and honest.

I had been getting hints that I had to do something about cleaning out the septic system for months. It was my fault that it caved. It was horrible! There was no way we could live with the results. I called River City Environmental and they came to the rescue. The staff and customer service there are all real professionals. You are not left in the dark about anything.

The basement of my house flooded after a bad water leak. I called River City Environmental for a quote and their representative was so responsive. They were able to come out that day to provide a full estimate that was reasonable. Cleanup was done efficiently and there was no lasting damage to my home. I am so grateful for their hard work.

Here in the Northwest, the weather can be unpredictable. Last spring, after a few days of heavy rain, my yard was completely flooded. We couldn't get in or out. I called River City Environmental and they were out there within hours, reviewing options and getting started. Their help limited water damage to my property. I am very happy with their service.

As someone who owns a business in the service industry, it is refreshing to find a company who goes above and beyond for their customers. A local plumber recommended them. They arrived same day and did an outstanding job. They even explained the septic system and how it all worked. I couldn't be happier with their services. The price was right and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this company. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, polite, and helpful. They replaced a 45-year-old septic system with a brand new one. I was very pleased with their attention to detail in installing the system and how much care they took in restoring the surface of the yard that lay over where the new system was located.

I had a septic company come to pump out our gray water tank, it was obviously backed up. They pumped out the tank but then said they couldn't clear out the clog & proposed that they put in a new tank & new drainage fields for $4000.00. I called River City that evening, thanks to our neighbor who gave me their name. They called me back right away & said they could have a man out there the next morning. He came the next morning, cleared out the clog right away with his high pressure jetting system for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

I wonder if I have to know the Marketing Manager to get paid to write a 5 star review about how great this place is??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣This place is horrible.Also interesting that this place is rated so high and has so many reviews on Google (a paid site) and on Yelp has minimal review and a low ratings (a site that verifies). BEWARE!!!

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. It is 7/14/19 , exactly one month after firing off a letter describing the several problems they caused on a simple septic-dosing-tank pump replacement......and guess what? Absolutely ZERO response. From their lackadaisical attitude about making MULTIPLE billing errors (including one that approached outright fraud...I have a copy) to the need to keep sending guys out to my house at $300-400 a pop, to essentially ignoring my original complaint....I wound up paying nearly $3000 to replace a $900 pump. They had to pump my tank twice because they never diagnosed the pump failure originally (because the right guy wasn't sent until LATER), sent multiple people out to do repeat work and the end result was over $900 in unnecessary, repeat services (2 septic tank pump-outs and an unnecessary plumber visit to tell me what I already knew from another guy.) Add to that, $600 in billing errors, that took multiple calls and emails and a couple weeks for each one to resolve. Not impressiveThe various folks that actually did the work were awesome. Professional and courteous.....but their mgmt team has set them up to fail by not having someone manage the process from beginning to end. And their lack of response to my letter is telling. Avoid.
