Feedback:

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. It is 7/14/19 , exactly one month after firing off a letter describing the several problems they caused on a simple septic-dosing-tank pump replacement......and guess what? Absolutely ZERO response. From their lackadaisical attitude about making MULTIPLE billing errors (including one that approached outright fraud...I have a copy) to the need to keep sending guys out to my house at $300-400 a pop, to essentially ignoring my original complaint....I wound up paying nearly $3000 to replace a $900 pump. They had to pump my tank twice because they never diagnosed the pump failure originally (because the right guy wasn't sent until LATER), sent multiple people out to do repeat work and the end result was over $900 in unnecessary, repeat services (2 septic tank pump-outs and an unnecessary plumber visit to tell me what I already knew from another guy.) Add to that, $600 in billing errors, that took multiple calls and emails and a couple weeks for each one to resolve. Not impressiveThe various folks that actually did the work were awesome. Professional and courteous.....but their mgmt team has set them up to fail by not having someone manage the process from beginning to end. And their lack of response to my letter is telling. Avoid.
