I just came in a few days ago and paid 53$ for a quarter that had more stems than bud. The weed was more like popcorn than actual bud. The weed in the jars looked incredible but the weed I got when I got home was not the same. I also got a live resin of Toucan Sam that wasn’t very appealing visually and the taste was only average. I wasn’t too impressed with this place. Don’t shop for flower there for real.

He really cares about his customers and their experience at his stores. Additionally, Mike went out of his way to contact us multiple times (not in an overly aggressive manner.... like those calls that always reach out about extending your cars' warranty) to discuss the problem and a solution to make sure the experience we had a few days ago will not happen again and to keep us as loyal customers! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!Norman KimbroughIf there was an option for 0 starts that's what i would be leaving in my review based on my experience today. My husband and I have supported this business for the last 3+ years. Usually we have a great experience and love the customer service we receive, but today the same employees we often deal with were extremely rude to us. I understand that a lot has changed due to Covid, there are a lot of new rules, and no doubt a lot more stress is placed on the employees. That is why when we went in today I did not lose my cool when Brent and Eric treated us like sh*t. We have been to this business since Covid rules/changes began, and they let both of us in the store and asked us to maintain social distancing with other customers and employees. Which we respected. However today i was yelled at for not standing on my red square on the floor in an attempt to speak to my own husband. My issue is not the fact that there are new expectations due to covid it is the way they are being communicated. For two separate employees to treat us this way when we were not being rude to them, causing a scene or breaking their rules was extremely uncalled for. When i asked Eric if i was allowed in the store with my husband... ( a normal question especially since they have always allowed us to come in together) I was told that I should have just given my husband my money, and told him what i wanted and had him handle the business. Eric also told me that us coming to the store together was unnecessary that I was "a useless body taking up space in the store". At this point I did tell him that was uncalled for and that i was not a useless body taking up space. I could write even more about how rude Brent was to us as he completed our purchase. Including rolling his eyes, chastising us for moving 1 inch off our social distancing square, and refusing to thank us or tell us goodbye, Etc. I cannot stress enough that we were not being rude to these employees! Merely trying to adjust to new expectations we were unaware of. I felt like were were being bullied, and shamed for simply coming to their business. Not to worry we will not make that mistake again. I hope they realize that treating their customers this way will make them lose business. I have spent hundreds if not thousands at this business in the past, and recommended that countless friends use them as well. They lost some great customers.

I love going to the rocky road, always an enjoyable experience for me. Lots of selection when it comes to vape cartridges & concentrates, never had any complaints about the flower. Been a regular customer for quite some time now, I honestly just really enjoy the environment here & simply chatting with the staff; everyone’s always been super friendly and helpful. Very rarely is there ever a long wait time & given all the craziness with new restrictions I think they’ve been coping fairly well. Prices are decent and their point system is favorable over some of the others I’ve experienced. Overall I would absolutely recommend this despo, they’re my go-to.

This place usually has great stuff, however i believe they use the 6 foot rule as a way to sell you strains you don't want so be careful. Mary, an employee here, gave me a strain i definitely did not want. It was a reused strain that they sold me as an indica weeks ago that is now labled sativa, but its literally the same buds. Sorry guys, i really am disappointed...

I will never spend my money at this greedy little establishment ever again. The product is hardly worth the prices they charge and customer service is lacking. They don't have any deals for the common Joe. You can go almost anywhere else and find an 1/8th for $20 OTD but they will charge you $27 + across the board and $14 for 1g joints of mediocre bud, shameful.

Was a loyal 2 visits a week customer.. but poor customer service.. means I'll never be back ... you should probably treat your customers better there are many many options in denver.. and most have better deals and products... less hassle from staff! It sucks for you cause I was loyal because you were close and convient but .. oh well .. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to visit this place !

I'm usually quite pleased with the professionalism and courtesy Rocky Road tends to provide. There was none of that today. Operations ground to a halt when the single "daily special" strain ran out. Instead of having a system in place for such an easily foreseeable problem there was obvious panic while the floor associates waited for a plan of action. Being a Saturday, a line formed. Which further unsettled the staff. When I tried to engage the associate helping me I was treated brusquely and was largely ignored. All in favor of ushering me out the door as quickly as possible. I honestly expected better.

Customer Service is best around hands down! Knowledge and recommendings of there great products and options as well.😀 The flower has been amazing! It has been always is on a consistent basis! Thank you for your great service and associates going above and beyond to set an example for other dispensaries in the Denver metro and surrounding counties of Colorado. Dude at the front door is always super friendly and seems authentically in a good mood. The store staff are always extremely friendly and very good about giving recommendations and understanding that everyone has some different preferences.I will always take my business here, other places don't compare in customer service!
