I have only been in the shop three or four times now, and I really love the place! My only issue is one employee who works there, I’m not sure her name but she’s on the shorter side is kind of a dark blonde, she has never ever shown me a compassionate attitude or care for the service she gives, I’ve even been in there once when she was helping a customer and saw the same bad attitude. Makes it pretty hard to come back when I’m worried about having to be helped by her every time I wanna reup. All of the other budtenders have been so nice and fun to be served by though!

If you're looking for chlorophyll locked flower, this is the place to go. I bought an ounce of Golden Pineapple from LeveLife Farms and really bad, chlorophyll locked and just tasted like carrots. I had to keep calling and finally told nothing can be done. I would've been happy to work something out but they had no interest. And for that I'll never go back there. 200 plus dollars is a lot of cash for an ounce of garbage like this. I left my phone number with them and if they would like to call me I'd be more than happy to work something out with them.

Hello, the Central Point RVC is my favorite dispensary! I know that negative reviews can be very damaging to businesses and so I waited until I had several of the same issues. The staff is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. When my husband and I go into RVC we spend at minimum of 100.00 dollars on various paraphernalia for a week. We are excellent and continuous patrons. On 3 separate occasions I have had to arrive at RVC, show my ID and then wait for what feels like eons (but is really probably just several very annoying minutes) in the waiting room until I finally leave without my purchase. A few days ago I almost walked out again. There will be a very kind person at the register checking ID's and customers are asked to wait if there is more than 1 budtender per customer.. I know that other dispensaries exist that have waiting rooms but most of them in this area at least do not. I am a normal customer who likes to browse for new or exciting things and buy them along with my regular stuff. So here is what happens at this dispensary. I enter and sit on couch. Workers etc come in and out through the door and people are laughing, joking and messing around talking while I just want to look at the cases before purchase. I know that the idea is that 1 bud person per customer but all I want to do is freaking look while other customers are being helped. If/when I do get through the door workers are milling around talking, laughing and 2 or 3 budtenders are all messing around together and with customers who seem more interested in talking about yesterday or today's events, their precious dog, how horrible our government is OR the worse is giggling goofy girls needing attention from unbeknownst budtenders just trying to sell something. I am not a lame-o that doesn't know work has to be fun too! If/when I do finally get through that almost impenetrable door I have to have a few minutes alone to just look but it is supposed to be 1 budtender to 1 customer so the kind budtender will then venture to just stare at me for several minutes while I look and read. Then I get so worried that I am causing other people in the waiting room wait (people whom I just got to know) wait for me to read and look SO THEN I LEAVE BEFORE I AM READY AND PROBABLY DON'T BUY WHAT I WOULD HAVE because I feel hurried. Hurried, I think, would be a normal emotion for good quality patrons who are literally being stared at and waited for. Please get rid of the waiting room!! I can't waste my time trying to get to the bud area of RVC when I have 15 other errands for that day..

My wife and I frequent the store and all the staff knows us. One day my wife went in with my sister and the employee Joe had a very nasty attitude towards my wife and sister. I'm not sure why they were treated with such disrespect and its still happens. I will no longer be able to shop or send anyone there for lack of customer service and I will make sure it is known. Great store, decent selection of strains to choose from. Flower, oils, dabs. Pipes, bongs, silicone, replacement parts, "T" shirts. They also have medicinal. To recreational. I'll go back. Great discounts. Sale days. Stop in and check them out. You won't be disappointed. I promise.

My girlfriend went into this store today. She looked up prices before on their website. She then drove across town to this place because they had the best prices than other places. Only to find out their website prices were wrong and to top it off the front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude to her for no reason. Never going to any of their locations again.

This place rocks my socks. Jimmy knows how to treat his customers right with fair prices and great daily deals! Not to mention that vendor discount is on point. Stop in and get some fire from my favorite spot! 6 months later and I have only went to one other shop. I love the service here and I always leave with a smile. Thanks RVC!

By far the best, most inexpensive, caring and understanding dispensary I've been to and I'm gonna continue to give them my business for life. I had a bad breakup recently and I was going crazy. They went out of their way to get me a 36.8% thc og kush which is the strongest I've ever seen in a dispensary. I Love You all at Rogue Valley Cannabis!

I like this place and I like the people, I go there all the time I’ve been going there for a long time. they sent a text to everyone December 24th @ 12:37 pm , 2018 . It says they are now accepting debit and credit cards it says nothing about there being a three dollar fee that goes along with that . Christmas and new year 2018 They sold out of everything so i went to other shops I went to many shops in the valley Top shelf wellness, Farm to table to name a couple, all taking debit and credit cards with no fees attached, so why Rouge Valley cannabis is hitting people with a three dollar fee seems to be an expense they have passed on to the customer as where other shops have chosen not to do so and allow people to use debit and credit cards with NO FEEs. And a sidenote the girl behind the counter who I will not name told me that the bank & the federal government would take all of the money out of my bank account and freeze my account for making an illegal marijuana purchase at other shops trying to justify the three dollar fee which I really could not even understand her logic. In conclusion I am not recommending you go to other shops just be aware there is a three dollar fee still attached at the shop and there is not at others

Great people, great selection of product. Here’s the deal: their joints. Something is wrong with their joints. Every single time I buy a pre-rolled, it won’t pull. I can’t suck on it. Nothing is more infuriating.. I haven’t tried their premium rolls with the wax and keef so maybe those are better. But their house pre-rolleds aren’t anything to write home about.
