Hello, the Central Point RVC is my favorite dispensary! I know that negative reviews can be very damaging to businesses and so I waited until I had several of the same issues. The staff is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. When my husband and I go into RVC we spend at minimum of 100.00 dollars on various paraphernalia for a week. We are excellent and continuous patrons. On 3 separate occasions I have had to arrive at RVC, show my ID and then wait for what feels like eons (but is really probably just several very annoying minutes) in the waiting room until I finally leave without my purchase. A few days ago I almost walked out again. There will be a very kind person at the register checking ID's and customers are asked to wait if there is more than 1 budtender per customer.. I know that other dispensaries exist that have waiting rooms but most of them in this area at least do not. I am a normal customer who likes to browse for new or exciting things and buy them along with my regular stuff. So here is what happens at this dispensary. I enter and sit on couch. Workers etc come in and out through the door and people are laughing, joking and messing around talking while I just want to look at the cases before purchase. I know that the idea is that 1 bud person per customer but all I want to do is freaking look while other customers are being helped. If/when I do get through the door workers are milling around talking, laughing and 2 or 3 budtenders are all messing around together and with customers who seem more interested in talking about yesterday or today's events, their precious dog, how horrible our government is OR the worse is giggling goofy girls needing attention from unbeknownst budtenders just trying to sell something. I am not a lame-o that doesn't know work has to be fun too! If/when I do finally get through that almost impenetrable door I have to have a few minutes alone to just look but it is supposed to be 1 budtender to 1 customer so the kind budtender will then venture to just stare at me for several minutes while I look and read. Then I get so worried that I am causing other people in the waiting room wait (people whom I just got to know) wait for me to read and look SO THEN I LEAVE BEFORE I AM READY AND PROBABLY DON'T BUY WHAT I WOULD HAVE because I feel hurried. Hurried, I think, would be a normal emotion for good quality patrons who are literally being stared at and waited for. Please get rid of the waiting room!! I can't waste my time trying to get to the bud area of RVC when I have 15 other errands for that day..
