I have never left a review for any business. I am not out to get anybody. I had to share this experience with other pet owners. My dog was going in for a surgical procedure at 8 AM. I follow the directions like the vet said, don’t let him eat any dog food past 10 PM the night before. So most of the day goes by and I haven’t got a call from the doctor like they said they would, no big deal so I call them and ask about Gus my dog. They tell me that an emergency happened that pushed my dogs appointment back and now he is going in later this afternoon. Now I understand emergencies happen and they take priority I fully I understand that. That’s not my problem. They didn’t call me to tell me this was happening. My dog sits for seven hours in a kennel with no food all day long. They did not contact me to see if I wanted to reschedule or come get him for a little while rather than having him sit in a kennel starving himself. I am so angry because my dog is a family member to me. These people do good business there. I have had good luck. I am not here to bash them and I might even continue to go there. I am just so frustrated with this particular incident.

Took my cat in for some shots and to get the remaining nail trimmed off from a claw he partial tore off. I visited this vet during covid, so the wait was a little longer, but the car arrangements was easy and seamless. Also the prices were very reasonable. Including fixing the toe, the price of this visit was a good chunk less then his old primary vet. Highly recommend this place based off of my experience.
Feedback:
We have been taking our cat Ludo to Companion for his entire life (16 years) and I have always been happy with them. They are always nice to me and kind to Ludo, prices seem reasonable, and its always an overall good experience. Recently Ludo dropped a bunch of weight and stopped eating. I thought that it might be the end for him but I took him to Companion and they took care of his non fatal "issue". Now I have a healthy, happy cat to cuddle with for hopefully a few more years. I'm so happy.
Feedback:
Certainly do not reccomend this place. Took my puppy in and she ended up coming home with anemia (what we were worried about) after the vet, Brian Pilversack, telling us there was no sign of it as well as coming home with treatments that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue due to the vets disbelief of our pets situation. Went to another vet and they found the issue in a shorter amount of time than what we had been at in the waiting line alone of companion. Not only were they truly worried, they treated my pets correctly this time due to their situation and not because of their disbelief of what we saw or had actually happened. In total had to pay $400 to comanion just to be completely rude and poke our pets to find "nothing" as well as giving us worthless treatment. Definitely wont be going back.

If you're looking for a vet, don't pass them over! I tried four other vets in this area and this was the only one that actually wanted to take care of my dog. The other offices were downright rude. Anytime I've needed care for my aging dog, Companion has been there (even on a walk-in basis). They are very thoughtful and patient and answer all of my questions. I'm grateful to the staff and docs for their time and help comforting me and my old pupper.
Feedback:
Dr. Brian Pilversack is a wonderful and knowledgable veterinarian. This clinic has provided me and my animals with superior care and has been very honest when something is outside of their realm. I have a cat with immune and ophthalmologic issues beyond typical needs and they referred me to the proper people and never charged me for unneeded procedures. Thank you guys for caring for my fur friends!
Feedback:
I had given up hope on my 13+ year old cat. She wasn't eating and hiding. I was ready for her to pass away. I called the clinic because she was suffering and looking emaciated. The friendly front desk team advised that I bring her in to be checked out and to run bloodwork. When I came in the clinic the Dr. was warm and optimistic and very informative. Turns out she has liver failure and she stayed over night to be given iv flush and meds. She is back home now happy and better. Thank you Companion Animal Clinic!!They are professional and caring. I would recommend this animal clinic for honestly ,caring and affordably.
Feedback:
I've gone to this clinic many times. It is a love /hate that it's a walk in clinic because wait times are variable... But I still prefer it that way because sometimes things come up and walk in is more accommodating for me. Prices are reasonable and I like the care my dog has gotten here over the years. They have never pushed for unnecessary tests and costs are talked about so you're not surprised at the end. They have a few vets that work here so you might not always see the same one but so far they have all been good to us.
Feedback:
Not good. Rest in Peace Moinki. With the exception of the lady doctor the place is not good. after my baby cat was put to sleep we called every day for almost 3 weeks but the doctor was "too busy" and wouldnt talk to us regarding what happened. I requested records and havent received them. She will be gone 4 weeks on Sunday. I wont go back.....not ever.
Feedback:
I feel like they hustled me, they put a feeding tube in my cat because he "needed" it, turns out steroids did the trick. I dont see why they wanted to jump straight to a feeding tube rather than attempt some other form of medicine. I truly feel like they wanted my money and put my cat through so much suffering for nothing. He's doing great now thankfully. I gave them 3 stars because after one of the vets went straight the tube (which made him more ill) the other vet actually recommended me the steroids and removed his tube which made him 100x better.
