Feedback:
Pizza is often ready with eboard showing ready but staff can’t find it on rack( 3 out of 3 times) hoping for better result on fourth order. .... over the last several difficult months this team is working much better pizza is ready as expected and they ( up to now) limit how many people can be in store. I have gone from a one star to 4 stars.

If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. It took 1.5 hours to receive our cold pizzas, after calling twice to get updates on the order. When speaking with the manager, not once did she apologize for the wait or have any idea when we could expect the delivery. And, at one point, saying that our order was for pickup and then saying that we could expect the delivery any minute. We will never order from this location again.

I order at 225pm was quoted 30-40 minutes . I waited 50 minutes for not pizza no update so I called in o get a update . Was told by Teresa that my pizza was 5 minutes away . I proceeded to wait another 35 minutes and didn’t receive as much as a phone call let alone my pizza so I called in asked to speak with the Gm and was told by Teresa she is the gym which I know for a fact she is not since i frequent this location .I canceled my order and received no food for my hungry kids after over an hour and a half of waiting I got told that my pizza would arrive shortly . They are in desperate need of customer service training . You have lost a loyal customer with a family of 7 I’ll take my business to ballpark across the street much better quality .

The delivered me the complete wrong order one time, but then gave me a gift certificate to make up for it. When I tried to redeem the gift certificate, I was told it "wasn't in the system" and they couldn't do anything for me. So not only did they mess up my original order, outing me $30, they couldn't even properly refund me. To this day, this issue remains unsolved. THE WORST IN LAGUNA NIGUEL. If I could give 0 stars, I would. If I could demolish this business, I would.

Was not acknowledged when walked in or even after the employee got off the phone. She certainly spoke with the white male & acknowledged everyone after myself. Terrible customer service! Then it gets worse, I was told it was being boxed up after I stood up & asked for service. Waited 15 + more minutes to be told it was coming out. Then they proceeded to talk about how mad I was while I sat there! Wow

Got my order wrong. Also would have given me someone else's food if I hadn't told them that I didn't order it. Also they dont wear gloves when making the pizzas then come to the counter without washing their hands. But they did give me a free pizza and coke for my troubles. Not worth it but I threw a couple extra stars up there because they tried to make it right.

If no stars or negative stars was an option that is what this store would be getting. My husband and I recently moved to the area and have been ordering from this location on average once a week. The first disappointment came when after earning our first free pizza reward we couldn't even use it to buy the gluten free pizza we needed and had been purchasing. The latest disappointment came last night. I had just had surgery in the morning and to make life easy we ordered pizza through the app and paid with our credit card. When the driver arrived with our pizza he asked for payment which confused us and after a few seconds he apologized and said the pizzas say paid but the receipt doesn't told us we were correct and handed us our pizza. We even told him a tip amount to add to our bill for him as we always tip. At 1am my phone rang it was the manager of dominoes it woke me up but as I said I was recovering from surgery that I had just had that morning so needless to say I was heavily medicated and didn't get to the phone in time. I was unable to fall back asleep for several hours. I called back today to pay as after checking my credit card I saw no pending transactions. I let him know the situation and told him that it was incredibly inconsiderate to call someone at 1am. The manager was incredibly rude and hung up on me before I had a chance to give him my credit card number which was in my hand. My husband drove me down to the location in person and as soon as the inconsiderate manager saw the obvious bandages from surgery he became less rude and actually apologized. We however ended up paying more than what we were supposed to as he said even though he sees the rewards on my account they didn't go through. I will never again be purchasing from dominoes in the future.

My fiancé and I have come to this location a few times due to its close proximity. Every time we have come here we have had poor service. One time we called our order in (pineapple and Canadian bacon) and they didn't even put in the correct toppings. (They put bacon and pineapple) When we called the store about the pizza (since we didn't check until we got home) the manager told us that we ordered the pizza with bacon and they don't carry Canadian bacon. When we explained that Hawaiian pizza is made with Canadian bacon and that we have gotten it from dominos before she had an attitude. She offered to put a credit for a comped pizza on our account after some back and forth conversation but didn't offer a delivery replacement or an apology. Every experience we have had has been negative here. Most recently we placed an order through their app and when we went to pick up the pizza they forgot two items on our order and said that we had not ordered or paid for those items. Leading us to wonder where the extra $10 charge came from when we broke it down for them. After showing them the online order through the app they responded, "oh, the side must not have printed" whatever that means. We still enjoy dominos but will not order from this location again.

Delivery is always prompt and the drivers are always very personable and friendly. The only problem I had was they brought me the wrong salad dressing but the delivery driver was back at my door about 10 mins later with the correct one and every other one they offered as well which made me feel a lot better and I actually was skeptical on the salads first ordering them but now with every order I have to get one I love them so much! The team is great and I am racking up those points for the new point system they have going when you order online, it's such a great idea! Thanks for keeping me happy and full and making it conveinant all at the same time :)

I ordered a pizza from this location on 11/01/2014 I noticed that they charged my debit card twice.I went back to the shop today 11/03/2014 at 7:30 pm to talk with a manager regarding me getting double charged. I spoke with the assistant manager Geovani,he did look up my order and noticed that I had been double charged but told me that I would have to come back to see the store manager. I asked him if there was anyway he would get ahold of the store manager and he flat out told me NO! I then asked him for his name and the SM name and he told me he did not know it,I then asked another associate and he was able to give me the sm name meanwhile Geovani continued to be very rude offensive and he told me to just leave. My wife and I always come here and never get treated this way, this is the worst service I have ever had at this location and Geovani is a terrible impression of your company and does not know how to properly handle business or customers,we will be going to pizza hut from now.
