I’ve been very loyal to this business and the others in Lansing like it (stateside and old27) but they’ve lost my business. They present numerous options for recreational users while only giving medical patients (the ones who need it) one or two options at only a slightly cheaper price. There’s no excuse as to why the options are so slim, because I’ve seen them cover medical stickers on their product with recreational stickers in order to get more money. I recommend others look elsewhere.

I have been to dispensary type businesses for many years stretching across the globe. It nice to know that Lansing has a really good dispensary here. It would be nice to have a smoking lounge built within the property, but Michigan isn’t there yet. Friendly staff and as knowledgeable as one would expect from an hourly employee. Overall I will keep recommending to people. Great job! Keep up the good work.

I like this place because they still carry some flower that's somewhat reasonably priced in comparison to other shops. But, I did have a problem when I bought Lime OG and it was full of seeds. Never happened before, but still, I would expect them to make it up to me some way. They did not. After giving them my business for years, nothing.

Really awesome packaging, but the flower does not taste like it smells. The Terps are definitely added back in and not natural. I was really excited about my $60 1/8g, but then it tasted like dirty outdoor. Honesty is important in this business, and this place will trick you into thinking you're getting super fire product, when you're really getting mediocre at best. Budtender was really nice, not very knowledgeable about concentrates though.

In the nearly 5 years I’ve been a patient here I could’ve given many negative reviews and did not.... like when they were my caregiver and I did my card renewal and the person responsible for sending it in DID NOT DO IT and I had to go without a card for nearly 3 weeks and could ONLY come here when there were 15+ other dispensaries in the area at that time. I almost strictly do online ordering, but I ALWAYS ask to see my product before I just leave with it. Today the product literally looked like baby poop, so I said I wanted something else. Not only did I go with a product that was more expensive, I added a pre-roll on to my order. I still had a manager kindly come out and let me know that by changing things when I got there it defeated the “quickness” of online ordering. I nicely explained that I ALWAYS check my product before I leave and that there are no pictures on their website to base my decision. Even though she agreed they could do a better job with showing pictures of product, it was indicated that this is a “reoccurring” issue with me, when in fact it has happened a handful of times. It took me an extra two minutes to swap a product while 2 people waited. The actual conversation about me swapping the product took longer than the swap/payment for the product itself. Quite frankly, I don’t care if they would’ve had a full waiting area of patients, I was not taking that product. What’s even more sad is most of the other times I have been in there, there has literally been no one else there. They have no one waiting ALMOST EVERY TIME and they want to come talk to someone that has been supporting the business as long as I have been in the Lansing area? That is a very interesting approach. The fact that they’re selling product that looks like that is sad to begin with. The concentrate selection is subpar and if they did their due diligence by keeping up with pictures they wouldn’t encounter these “issues”.

The biggest gripe I have Is that for the third time in a row, I have found multiple seeds in my meds, other then that, I'd recommend it. The staff was impeccable, they were knowledgeable, efficient, had a great attitude, the place was clean & had a nice scent in the building. I just didn't like finding seeds in my meds. Please watch the seeds.

Great atmosphere, nice strain selection. Their purple punch and Paris breath strains are FANTASTIC herbs. Prices are relatively decent dor a dispensary 35 and 45 for their 8ths of flower, various pricing on concentrates from various companies. It's all pre packaged, so if you're looking to have your bag weighed in front of you this isn't the spot, although all dispensaries are probably heading the pre-pack route in the near future....

Very professional, tight security, as a customer, I felt safe, the interior is very classy, with beautiful decorations. A TV showed interesting, mind stimulating content. It is the nicest "Dr's" office/pharmacy I've ever visited. All the staff, with whom I interacted, were respectful, helpful and adhered to the laws of the State.Tho it is a drive of just over 70 miles from my home, I will be taking this journey as often as my strength allows.

A very nice MMMP dispensary on lansings South side that has a variety of strains to choose from. Also a large selection of edibles is available. They haven't dealt in lotions, creams, oils, etc. In the past, however since reopening after being shut down by the city (ALL dispensaries were for a spell), this may have changed. Vaping supplies are sold here, however. Prices are about standard for the industry. But this is one of the classier businesses in Lansing for med supplies.

Good oil, bad customer service. The women working don't offer much as far as conversation about product goes, they don't tell you if they're running any specials and really they make it a little weird. You definitely get the feeling that they're just there to sell you something and get you on your way. The setup makes it hard to look at all their product without invading other customers privacy. Not overly impressed.
