In the nearly 5 years I’ve been a patient here I could’ve given many negative reviews and did not.... like when they were my caregiver and I did my card renewal and the person responsible for sending it in DID NOT DO IT and I had to go without a card for nearly 3 weeks and could ONLY come here when there were 15+ other dispensaries in the area at that time. I almost strictly do online ordering, but I ALWAYS ask to see my product before I just leave with it. Today the product literally looked like baby poop, so I said I wanted something else. Not only did I go with a product that was more expensive, I added a pre-roll on to my order. I still had a manager kindly come out and let me know that by changing things when I got there it defeated the “quickness” of online ordering. I nicely explained that I ALWAYS check my product before I leave and that there are no pictures on their website to base my decision. Even though she agreed they could do a better job with showing pictures of product, it was indicated that this is a “reoccurring” issue with me, when in fact it has happened a handful of times. It took me an extra two minutes to swap a product while 2 people waited. The actual conversation about me swapping the product took longer than the swap/payment for the product itself. Quite frankly, I don’t care if they would’ve had a full waiting area of patients, I was not taking that product. What’s even more sad is most of the other times I have been in there, there has literally been no one else there. They have no one waiting ALMOST EVERY TIME and they want to come talk to someone that has been supporting the business as long as I have been in the Lansing area? That is a very interesting approach. The fact that they’re selling product that looks like that is sad to begin with. The concentrate selection is subpar and if they did their due diligence by keeping up with pictures they wouldn’t encounter these “issues”.
