Update (5/23): Unfortunately it is not worth to come anymore😕 prices have skyrocketed to minimum $35/eighth and $75/eighth for the higher-quality brands. Would not recommend for SBCC and UCSB students. However, the older crowds might not care to spend the higher prices for the same brands. Compared to clinical prices, it is financially better now to purchase a $40 med-card and pay the clinical prices. Just drove from IV to pickup when I found their prices are not only much higher, but when I finally got to the front of the line their card-service went out and the employee said it could be 1hr till the service is back up if I wanted to wait or run to the atm. Honestly I’m just not down for Farmacy SB anymore. They cater to a different crowd. However I will wait to see the result of the transaction.After about 20min I figured the card service would be back up. The line had grown to three times the size from when I first got there. I asked the security guard if he could call a supervisor to help me get back to my transaction. Ryan and the security guard were helpful to my plight and had me seen next so that I may return to my transaction. Although I may not return, the staff are truly the gem of this place. (5/18) Love this place. The staff are very friendly, mature and treat you with a gracious respect that I value. Farmacy has a wide range of marijuana products, but I have personally only purchased flower here. Thankfully, Farmacy has a large range of prices for various flowers, which helps financially-poor college students like myself obtain their product without bruising our wallets.The price-range of flower is $20/3.5g to $65/3.5g. Although I rarely purchase above $30/3.5g, I’m sure the higher-priced products are great.

I go here every week and most of the staff is really helpful. However since COVID-19 they have been less helpful and more focused on pushing people along. I go for in store pick up and they say delivery is faster is you don’t know what you want. Ok so I order delivery, they give no time frame at all but I’m trying to be patient , 2 hours in I call, she says I’ll be the first one on route once the driver leaves ( I live 4 mins away) I wait another hour and call she says now I’m the second on the route and it could be another 40 mins. I ask why and say it’s frustrating because there is no time frame given. They weren’t able to accommodate me at all and just said it’s the “process” . I am kind and understanding but it’s frustrating when your a loyal customer and your kindness is being taken advantage of.

TLDR: Great store, would shop again, disappointed in their "security".Great store, actual store staff was very professional. Knocking a star off for the "security" personnel outside, they were not professional at all. (This review is during the COVID-19 epidemic) One of the guards was not wearing his facemask properly, having it cover his chin and neck rather than his nose, making it largely ineffective. The two "guards" were also more focused on socializing and staring down passersby than actually assisting with the line outside of the store, frankly it was what I would expect from someone at their first job rather than supposedly "professional" security. There was a couple there in line together and the guards did not let them know that only one of them would be allowed inside at a time, causing a delay while the couple sorted out who was paying for what and how to proceed. This could have been entirely avoided by a single proactive thought from either guard.

There are a few issues that concern me. First, the cost. Why is it so expensive? It seems to me with cannibis products now produced legally in huge quantities the price should go down especially if you are selling to people with medical issues? The whole industry just seems like a money grab. Secondly, I wanted to try some of your edible products to help with insomnia. They didn't work & one gave me a headache. When I asked if I could exchange since I had only used 1 piece they refused. So, my question is: How can you expect your customers to try new products if you don't stand behind those products at all. Lastly, the parking is no fun.

Exceptional customer service, clean and comfortable atmosphere, excellent product selection without being overwhelming or crowded. Definitely one of my favorite retail experiences of any dispensary in CA. The Glasshouse and FIELD products were awesome, and I got to try my first OG from Josh D in more than a decade, he's still got it ; )

This place has the worst customer service seems like they like to service the white people more than anybody else took me like 10 minutes to get help and I'm in a hurry cuz people don't care about you they only care about you depending on how much you spend in there if you spend a little bit they do not give a damn about you f this company

This place reminds me of a high end jewelry shop, very clean and brightly lit. Professional staff and attractive well displayed products with medical details clearly provided.Unfortunately there is no lounge or smoking area, making recreational consumption a challenge in a smoke free city...Recommended.

Our own dispensary right in SB is so amazing. Plenty of selections, reasonable prices, free and friendly delivery locally. I’m new to cannabis use, so I ask lots of questions. They never make me feel silly. And when I placed a delivery order yesterday for next day delivery, they called and asked if I would prefer it be delivered that night instead!! Of course I said yes, and Tim was delightful. I love the text notices telling me when delivery left the dispensary, in how many minutes I should expect him, and when he had arrived. Could not be more efficient. Keep up the great work!

I like their Doseit product lines that now have sublingual tablets as an alternative to the pens. I love my Bliss pen, but it must be a popular product because it's often out of stock.Well staffed! Knowledgeable, patient, courteous and helpful.

Farmacy gets five stars because of the selection and the niceness of their staff. Every time I go In there I’m greeted and asked for help pretty much within the first few minutes upon arriving. Prices however can be steep depending on what type of cannabis your looking for. They carry sativa, indica, and hybrid strains. They sell vaping accessories/ cartridges, edibles and pre rolled joints. I highly recommend Farmacy to anyone looking for high grade cannabis.
