Very disappointed. Ordered 2 sofas on 10th October with a lady called Lisa, who had taken over from a Sales rep called Jason who was lacking in customer service skills. Get it in time for Christmas their adverts say. Shown brief bits and pieces on their pad and asked to sign (Colour/Quantity/Size etc). Was told to expect delivery on 13th December, they asked if I could take sooner which I agreed to as long as they gave me notice so I could arrange for my old sofas to be collected. I phoned last Thursday 5th December after already letting one sofa go to ask when they were delivering as I hadn't been contacted and wanting to arrange the removal of my last remaining sofa. I was told the sofas hadn't yet arrived and they were down for estimated date into them of the 17th December. If they received them on the 17th they could deliver them up to 24th December. Like I explained, I was told 13th December - and that what I expect roughly on or around 13th. I wanted to speak to the Manager, Customer service could only send an email to branch to get in touch with me and it could take 24hr for a response so I went to branch. I spoke to Martin who was acting as branch manager. He told me he would look into it and arrange for someone to find out when delivery could be expected and they would ring me back tomorrow. Friday came and I got a phone call from Jason who was talking about terms and conditions - like I pointed out I wasn't given a copy of the terms and conditions when placing the order - they were emailed to me afterwards. I only got to see certain sections of the document due to it being on a digital pad. I didn't place the order with him, and he said he deals with carpets, so why on earth get him to ring me. He also said I might not get it for Christmas!! I requested him to do what Martin had said would be done which was contact the supplier to find out if the estimated date of the 17th was on target as he said himself there was no guarantee. He said he would ring me back later that day which hes not done 4 days later. So on Saturday afternoon I rang back Customer Services and spoke to John who emailed the manufacturer. Today is Tuesday nearly 2pm and I've phoned back up and spoke to Eve as I'm still waiting to hear. Unfortunately John forgot to put my order details on so the manufacturer couldn't provide an answer. Eve has resent the email so I'm still in libo....... Utter Nightmare I feel like I'm being passed from pillow to post. I'll never shop there again as they don't do what they say.
