I wanted to say that every time I come to the dollar tree off division I also get what I need with the help of Mr. Brandon. This young man is so helpful and nice to everyone that checks out at his register. I don’t receive this kind of service everywhere I go but I want others to know about my beautiful experience here at Dollar Tree.

This place is messy, dirty, and not organized. I was about to buy a lot of stuff, but when the manager acted rude to me, I changed my mind and, I only bought 2 items because I got mad at the manager. Why did the owner of that store hire a manager that doesn't know how to manage the store? Just because she is a manager, she thinks she can be rude to some costumers? She's not nice, not friendly, very unprofessional and lacks education. I'm not going to give 5 stars in this review, because this place is disappointing. Management is poor, I can't even report my problem to that manager, because she's a manager, she's rude! If that's the manager forever, that store will be a mess for a long time, they should find a good and professional one, not an uneducated one that needs to go to a professional school. Worst store ever!

11/21, at 8:57 a.m. There was a line all the way down the store. There was a group of people talking towards the front of the store. It was only one cash register open. Upon standing there for four minutes, the manager that was standing there talking said that she would take the next person in line. Imagine my surprise when THE MANAGER TOOK THAT LONG TO HELP OUT! She said that she was off the clock and it would be 4 minutes before someone else shift started. Isn't the manager suppose to stay on the clock until employees show up and replace another worker? One of the customers thought she would give her input about me talking to the manager about her duties...yes there was a confrontation, but no one can tell me what to do with my 👄. If the manager would do what she's suppose to do, there wouldn't have been a issue.

I purchase a bulb that didn’t work among another 74 items from the store, I shop at the dollar store almost every week, never had a problem until I went to the store in national city CA. No cashiers to be found and a huge line to pay. I go to the office inside the store and the assistant manager comes out says the manager is busy on the phone. I could overhere the conversation from the manager about the party the night before, I just said may I return this bulb it does not work she interrupts the manager and she says “what no he can’t return it” i ask her to come out she does wearing sweat, hanged over, I asked for her name she says Lorena “I can’t give anymore than that” not even wearing a name tag, just plain rude. Just trashed.

It's been twice I've been here and there seems no one around to help out, they take FOREVER at registers (they take their sweet time when there is a huge line). They also have many stuff scattered all around (gift bags ALLLL around the store) I give it two stars for how spacious it is tho. This Dollar Tree is definetly the last store choice to ever go to..i perfer to drive a farther distance for another Dollar Tree then to go here

Being greeted by put your backpacks up front I feel as rude and uncalled for. Why isn't this posted on the door? Why aren't women asked to leave their purses at the front because they wouldn't. I feel discriminated against because you're implying that I steal because I carry a backpack. period. I won't stop here anymore. It used to be my favorite place

I went to dollar tree to pick up some items and I was with my sister and cousin and keep in mind there 2 and 3... We were walking around the store and my sister and cousin start to cry because we had been there for about 30min already and they were in a cart so they started to want to get down... An employee comes up to me and says your child or sibling needs to be quiet and she didn't say it in a nice way she said it with an annoyed voice so I politely told her that they are getting fussy and she told me that is they are getting fussy I should leave so I don't ruin others shopping experience and them lose customers I think that that is very disrespectful because when ur shopping with a baby they are going to get fussy at some point and when they see toys there going to want them or get down. I just thought that it was rude of this person to come up to me and say that I should leave because I'm ruining others shopping experience and to be quiet... I'm never going to that dollar tree again

Worst customer service. I am 8 months pregnant and every employee refused to let me in the restroom. The manager Claudia was very off track walking around the iles on her cell phone prentending to be working, i called her out for help twice and she didn't even hear me her conversation with her boyfriend was much more important than her job. While i was standing infront of cashier Yanelli, i was so upset and disturbed by the way Yanelli and 2 other cashiers were talking crap about the customers that left before me. This is very inappropriate and unprofessional. Someone needs to check all these girls working here including the so call manager. Never again will i visit this location.

Dollar items and 10 cent service.The manager Claudia is a complete idiot and has no idea about customer service, she would be better at the local DMV with her bad attitude than a discount retail store. I went in to store to pick up 2 small items which should have been a quick transaction, with only one register open and a line with at least 10 deep and politely asked the male cashier (Asian/black guy) to request another cashier, his response was “She’s busy” with attitude. At this time myself and a 9 month pregnant lady decided to wait until another cashier came out. I saw another employee and asked for the manager when she stated was herself (Claudia). Again I asked for another cashier to help with the ever growing line with the single and slow cashier. Claudia seemed very agitated that someone would ask her to assist her coworkers in relieving the customers from register one. She told me and we would still have to get in line because when the 2nd cashier arrived they would be pulling next in line even though myself and the other customer had been waiting for assistance. Finally another cashier comes on and Claudia makes a clear effort to make sure everyone but myself and the pregnant lady gets to the cashier. The pregnant lady has had enough and storms out of the store, I waited and other customers in front of me allowed me to go ahead to make my purchases. As I completed my purchases Claudia starts yelling from two registers over that I need to wait my turn next time, I replied next time she should have adequate staff to help with the demand. and from behind the male clerk yells in a threatening tone that I don’t have to be rude, which I wasn't This type of service from the manager and the clerk leaves a bad taste in the mouth. In closing Its all how you handle difficult situations, All I wanted was to purchase items and leave If Claudia can’t understand her position she needs a new job.

I love the Dollar Tree and this is the closest to my home. For the community and size, it is very well kempt. They have always been polite and tried to help if I can't find something. It's wonderful to find that item I'm no longer going to pay full price for again. I have even made converts of a few $.99 store die hards. Wish there was a store further south.
