This place is great! They have a nice displays so you can easily see all of their products and prices. The people that work there are always so nice and very helpful. They always ask if I need help finding anything. My interactions today with the front door person and the woman at the window with the seriously long eyelashes were both super friendly. Excellent customer service as always.

I spend a lot of money here but two times I've been talked into what suppose to be "really good stuff" i get home and find Its low grade/bottom shelf products. I just spent $70. There and I'm very dissatisfied. I feel like i was stolen from. Then to tell me "I'll give you extra points" yeah sure that helps a lot. NOT. WATCH WHAT THEY TRY TO SELL YOU. They'll rip you off. I went further up North to a different dispensary i told them what happened. They said you guys are doing it to get rid of low grade weed you don't want. You guys are thieves.

Never going back here again. I used to shop here all the time and have been going less and less because of the decline in quality products and service. Staff turnaround seems to be really high. Less and less knowledgable staff. Today was the last straw. I preordered off the website and went to pay for and pick up my product.When I got there, no one was checking IDs at the door or controlling the amount of customers in the store even though there is a clear sign posted in the entrance that there should only be a maximum of four customers at once. When it was finally my turn, I informed them I preordered. They then tell me that the product I ordered doesnt exist and its an error on their site. If thats the case why would you send me a text saying my order is ready for pickup? They then informed me that I was free to purchase a cart from the same company thats more expensive. Last I checked thats called bait and switch. Now I had to do another transaction on their atm that comes with another $3 fee. I stepped aside to the atm which is right by the cashier to get more money out. The part that kills me is that when I walked in there was a customer standing at a register for quite some time and he was given all the time in the world. As soon as I stepped aside to pull out more money because the advertised price wouldnt be honored (horrible customer service btw..its your website so its your fault, not mine..you should have honered the advertised price), I was put out of line and replaced with someone else who had a million questions. There were two people working the registers and one person who seemed to be stocking. THAT employee should have been answering questions and helping on the floor so the cashiers can ring up transactions and keep the customers moving. No type of thought or consideration was given to the customers here. I had somewhere to be but I gave myself what should have been more than enough time to stop by and pick up a preordered single item. I've been in the hospitality/ customer service industry for years and this is an example of really poor management. This real bad experience added to the many times I got STRONG recommendations for overpriced low quality products will ensure I never spend another dollar here again and I will definitely spread the word. #DoBetter

This isn't the first time I've walked all the way down here only to find they're 40+ minutes late, It'll be the last though. Last time I walk away empty handed, screw this place. I'm now looking for a new business to whom I can give all my hard earned money. You know, somewhere where people actually bother showing up to work. If you're reading this review maybe you'd be better off doing them same.

The staff is extremely high all the time they can barely function or even understand your questions staff is super mean and condescending. They don’t make you feel good spending money here. Also they don’t take this pandemic serious AT ALL they should be wiping things down after every SINGLE transaction they claim to wipe down the tablets every hour or so like that’s enough in a hour who knows how many people have come In contact with their tablets. All in all not worth going to way to many better options

Came in yesterday 3/31 to buy a airpro brand cartilage for $52.52 and I tried it with my pen an it didn’t work so I came back today to get a new one An the worker working literally acknowledged the cartilage is broken an instead of being a good employee am giving me my refund or exchange for a new one he ignores his job duties and tells me to wait while he helps all the other customers as I have to wait when I was the first one inside the shop. He refused to help me first and begin giving me negative remarks as if I’m not a customer with rights!

Saturday night i came through and enjoyed my visit both employees were in great moods, excellent customer service, professional paitence, out going, talkative and funny... Very knowledgeable about the strains and they each picked out a strain for me and i tipped them... Came home and rolled up a Dutch with a mixture of both strains and now i have created my signature blunt which is "Candy Glue" & "Purple Punch"= my signature smoke💨💨💨 i am bad with names but thank you guys!💯👌

This is my favorite dispensary in town. From the friendly staff that makes you feel at ease when shopping, to their competitive prices. Quality product for discount rates. Their loyalty program keeps me coming back as well. They always have quality product available and they are growing daily, as this is still a slightly new dispensary. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by Seattle Cannabis Co., if for nothing else but to just check out their deal of the day, you can't go wrong.
