Never going back here again. I used to shop here all the time and have been going less and less because of the decline in quality products and service. Staff turnaround seems to be really high. Less and less knowledgable staff. Today was the last straw. I preordered off the website and went to pay for and pick up my product.When I got there, no one was checking IDs at the door or controlling the amount of customers in the store even though there is a clear sign posted in the entrance that there should only be a maximum of four customers at once. When it was finally my turn, I informed them I preordered. They then tell me that the product I ordered doesnt exist and its an error on their site. If thats the case why would you send me a text saying my order is ready for pickup? They then informed me that I was free to purchase a cart from the same company thats more expensive. Last I checked thats called bait and switch. Now I had to do another transaction on their atm that comes with another $3 fee. I stepped aside to the atm which is right by the cashier to get more money out. The part that kills me is that when I walked in there was a customer standing at a register for quite some time and he was given all the time in the world. As soon as I stepped aside to pull out more money because the advertised price wouldnt be honored (horrible customer service btw..its your website so its your fault, not mine..you should have honered the advertised price), I was put out of line and replaced with someone else who had a million questions. There were two people working the registers and one person who seemed to be stocking. THAT employee should have been answering questions and helping on the floor so the cashiers can ring up transactions and keep the customers moving. No type of thought or consideration was given to the customers here. I had somewhere to be but I gave myself what should have been more than enough time to stop by and pick up a preordered single item. I've been in the hospitality/ customer service industry for years and this is an example of really poor management. This real bad experience added to the many times I got STRONG recommendations for overpriced low quality products will ensure I never spend another dollar here again and I will definitely spread the word. #DoBetter
