Very nice atmosphere here, nice high end feel to the shop. Very friendly budtenders. Prices are all over the place, and quality is hit and miss, but I've been very happy with my purchases here many times.

Asked if there was a sale, worker replies "yea man, i mean its a store, obviously." okay.. And he didnt even tell us the sales.. We had to wait for them to take notice of us for help.. Idk but i hope weed is better than the service.

My oil cartridge was not working they replaced it. That 1 didn't work had to it back, employee got very mad, didn't want to do a refund. New cartridge is not working I live 30 minutes away and will not go back for another one that won't work. I am out the money and will never go back and will tell others not to go.

My husband and I are practically regulars at this Shango and we will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out after our visit on Mar 4, Sunday afternoon.Shango used to be one of the most laid back shops regarding handling and smelling the sample jars. I now know the OLCC is cracking down and they had to change their system up, totally understandable.What I don't understand is why you wouldn't politely explain this change to your customers who don't know about it and pick up the glass jar you set on the counter (without saying anything), rather than rudely snapping at them to leave the jar on the counter and then offering no explanation.We left and went to Chalice Farms that day (they are literally minutes down the road), got insanely better service, and happily paid their slightly higher price. We weren't allowed to touch the sample jars at Chalice either, but rather than expect customers to bend down awkwardly to smell the jar on a super low counter, their budtender nicely held the jar out to us to smell.Customer service is king guys, and there are other weed shops minutes away from you. I would think about this before letting your customer service slip like that. I usually got pretty good, friendly service from you, but all it took was getting snapped at by a woman wearing green lipstick and I don't plan on coming back for quite a while, if ever.
