If I could give -5 stars I would! This place is absolutely awful! The doctors act like they're too good for the world and refuse to fill out any paperwork that is required for work. It took my job basically contacting them for them to fill out the paperwork and because they were forced to they poured and stormed out of the office like children. And every doctor I saw for the same illness gave me a different answer and said I needed antibiotics but never prescribed them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Not even satan himself. Sad to say my old health center was better and they misdiagnosed me twice.

They don’t care about your problems and they do not adhere to your wishes . I’ve been having pain for a year now no test has shown nothing ...no muscle relaxer helps and all they want to prescribe is medicine to make u drowsy to sleep and nothing to every help you. These doctors are not doctors they only go to work for a check and don’t care about how you feel . There’s no compassion towards patients. None what so ever.

I had an amazing experience with the doctor but every time I go in there the receptionist is very condescending and very rude. This is the wrong person working with customer care. And I don't think this facility will do very well with her there. The first time I was there I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor today I was 10 minutes late (had an I foreseen delay) and they would not let me see the doctor and the receptionist had this smirk on her face and was really ugly about it. My insurance is about to run out in less than a month. This appointment was critical for my health.

It took 7 days for them to send my referral requests to my insurance co, which seemed a little too long. I had to wait a month just to see a PCP so this is not great for someone like me who has a few complicated conditions. I was treated like a drug abuser when i asked why there wasn't a referral for pain management even though the nurse practitioner and I talked about it. It turned out to be an oversight on their end but I did NOT appreciate the scorn in the eyes and tone of the nurse who checked me out as if I was an abuser trying to score drugs instead of being a patient with a 15 year history of degenerative disease in my spine. That being said, I did like the doctors there.

Very rude and not very helpful. Doctors here are horrible and uncaring. Don’t recommend.This place has become horrible. Every time I go in to make a appointment, I’m treated with total disrespect. They ack like they have a hard job,sitting their being fat and lazy. Never get a how are you with a smile 😃 plus they haven’t fixed anything about me yet. I think they are waiting for me to flip out.

I would strongly urge someone to look elsewhere for their medical care. This group is the prime example of health care killing people. They don't care about their patients! Getting an appointment is a joke. Going to urgent care is also a joke. Seeing your physician is next to impossible. No wonder the ER is packed, that's the only place you can actually receive care within this organization. Turn around and run from this place.

Very hard to get appointments I've tried to get a physical for my self but they dont have availability with true Dr.'s they only offer you appointments with nurse practitioners...if you are wanting to be seen by a Dr. The schedule goes out 3+ months out if you are lucky to get one ...the call center told me in the past to call back becuse they can't accommodate me due to my busy work schedule ...all I said was i can only due Mon since that is the only day I know in the future that i would have off but still I couldn't get one

We visited High Desert Primary Care's Urgent Care. I seriously can't even come up with one complaint about this place. We took my 2 year old late on a weekend evening. Paperwork was short (maybe 5 minutes), and we were taken back to see a doctor within 10 minutes of our arrival. By 25 minutes, we were out the door, with prescriptions, results of a full physical, and 2 happy parents (us). The only downfall, my little toddler was not happy but then who is when you're feeling icky. Two happy parents with our kids... we'll definitely be back! Never had such a great Urgent Care experience, ever. Not even Kaiser.

I have so many concerns as I feel I definitely know my own body. Dr. Kethireddy was minimizing my symptoms and even suggested I was going through depression. I am seriously upset and my worries have surely not subsided. This, this is how people end up with terminal illnesses because the "doctors" don't care to do their damn jobs. I'm so damn done with it all, my frustration and disappointment has definitely skyrocketed. So pissed

I have had this medical group for well over 13 years. This medical group is not about quality of health care anymore but now about quantity of health care. Most of time it takes several weeks to see a certified MD. All thats usually available in a timely manner are their PA's or Np's. I have come to the conclusion you cannot get quality health from these people due to their lack of expertise for complex or complicated situations. You get 15 min and they are kicking you out the door and on to the next patient. Getting a referral has become tiresome and lacks timelyness. I am tired of being treated like a number instead of a human being. I am done trusting them with my health care and would recommend people seek better qualified and caring physicians elsewhere for more complex or complicated health care situations.
