I used to shop here but since covid they have not been very customer service security guard made a customer go back out of line instead of explain the process ...you will lose your clients quickly The Dispensary on decatur is better than this place I just needed you guys in between no one should buy from here just cause of their customer service from security alone they dont want money they wanna be right ..so be right I'll give my money somewhere else that security guard is an idiot

Will not be returning to this place. Employees are a bunch of thieves who only promote expensive products. Not to mention my total came out to $48.55 for One disposable vape, when I went to pay the sales person said my total was $49 when my receipt CLEARLY says $48.55. She gladly accepted $49 and did not care to give me my .45 cent change . NOT COOL

A few months ago this place was great, nice people, good prices, etc. Since Covid19 this place has gone so uptight it makes a wedgie look comfortable. The employees look over worked and are very rude compared to a short time ago. This is the only place I've been to where curbside only serves cars, forget drive up if you're on a motorcycle or large truck, and if you get bumped from curbside expect to wait after everyone else in line even though you had a reservation. Not a terrible place but.... expect to jump through all 42 hoops in order to get your order.

This might be the best dispensary in Vegas. The price was spot on. The product is killer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rewards program is the best I’ve seen. This will be my go to spot when I’m in town. Always nice to find a good quality place. It’s not far from Red Rock. If you’re in that area stop on by and pick up what you need. I’m sure they will have it. I didn’t see much they didn’t have!

Poor quality and the “manager” Ángel was really abrasive and rude. After articulating how nasty his dementor was he continued to cut me off and never bothered to look like he was even thinking to apologize for his horrible customer service. I wouldn’t return here. I was very turned off.Another manager Savanah I spoke with heard me out and apologized for the mishap but I hope Angel “the other manager” takes into consideration how he presents while going over company policy next time be use he is definitely a nasty personnel. Probably not the first time he has done this

Thank you showgrow security for allowing my disabled daughter to wait inside for her medical. She sat down outside and started to shake. Her illness with epilepsy can be triggered by many different factors. Big guy security officer saved her from a possible emergency. Thanks for looking out for her. Shes extremely grateful and feeling better.

During Covid-19 Pandemic:I received one of many automated text messages starting if you spend over 200 that they include an eighth of their lower thc% stuff. They didn’t include it upon delivery and dispensaries are already charging top dollar for product so I didn’t accept the order. After getting ahold of them she said it must have been from their California location. BS since the text says Las Vegas on it. She then flat out refused to honor it. I’ll never do business with these greedy, greedy people again. No idea how they’re in business the way they head bang people with prices and refuse to honor their own promotions. Stay away!!!

I know these are difficult times but they’re loosing even more business this way . I had several friends that ordered from here a lot with problems with their order and now changing dispensary . Staff saying one thing and another doing another and not following through . Communication is terrible . I placed 2 orders and made so many notes , spoke to staff there yesterday and today and yet my order even though I was told I would still get it today after speaking to several staff was told it got brought back . After I called so many times and relayed the same information and was told the same information . Then I call and am told to reorder and it’ll get delivered for sure today and it’s reached capacity so I can’t even order . I just don’t understand how one can’t read notes or keep their Promise on a mistake that was made . Also, I still haven’t gotten my points from an order a placed weeks ago . It’s hard to understand when honestly. I don’t get it. Communication and customer service is key in a business especially when we have business suffering and for some reason I can’t get either . I’m beyond disappointed

Update to last review I called again to speak to someone wish I had got their name but they were extremely rude and I unhelpful. I told them I have screen shots proving what I’m telling them she’s trying to claim she didn’t see my order or some BS. Well weird how now they have taken down my reddit and yelp reviews something shady is going on here take business elsewhere. If there is an issue with your order here prepare to get hung up on. Tea professionals here guys!Dont even know where to start,put simply Im going to not shop here unless my problems are properly addressed. I really felt so under valued and have never felt like the workers didnt care at all till yesterday, i get that it was busy but, Each of the things that went wrong could have been prevented. If your eployees actually followed up with guest before sending driver blindly. Your employees all need to work together to make sure your atleast calling guest before heading out to contirm quanity, prices, specials, number of items, are they using points, etc This would have saved me additional.$$Instead they blindly charge me unplanned CASH of the airpro cart i was suspossed to redeem "loyalty rewards " to get one free (lucky i had someone here to lend me money as i was also unaware you that u have "an all or nothing"per driver, policy when it comes to paying I jad no choice but to pay. ,This is so dumb !!! soooo you, YOU guys forgot to deduct my points and now im being denied my entire 200 order if i dont take that additional item. Change that ploicy like today and please communicate more like most other shops do nowadays. p 13 calls 3 times oe more to keep you updated check for Qs concerns etc etc....Next problem... If someone had responded to my questions before i placed order or before delivering it this would have never hapened. I feel it is so so unfair to tell me threes nothing you can do when you over taxed me as a REC and sounds like your saying you guys didnt varify ID info? wouldnt the issue have been caught by paying attention to detail?hint\* Dont use Taylor on the phones for a bit she doesnt get how service works, even if you 100% believe the customer is wrong...THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!so its 4/20, im stresses all day bc i never heard back for atleast 10-12 hours later. They dont communiate any issues to you in my case, today even after 10 or so txt messages in app ...called 25 plus times phone service doesnt even have voicemai to leabe a msg for callback! whattttt? its full well time to check them clearly!!! CHECK OUT PICS with call and msg log on how i tried to get ahead of this issue! Do the right thing.! All im asking for is to be repaid what i never owed in the first place; Rec taxes. Second a very fair exchange of a defective quarter of nat chem "tiny buds" more like sand texture!!! I would hve asked how they were looking had i gotten any comm fom staff after multiple attempts on my end to do so,

Problem after problem and then more problems was over charged and decived by the way they were advertising $50 7g tiny buds. I got 2 one was perfect the second was garbage it’s such a long story I wanted to ask questions about the flower before purchasing so I litterslly called over 40 times and no answer all day long l. Showed up at my door with things all messed up horrible experience . Taylor was not helpful At all when I told her what happened over the phone said there’s nothing she can do not to mention the fact I was charged $20-3 extra in taxes cuz I’m med and was charged as a ref but once again she can’t do anything. Get me a manager please please before I lose faith in my spot!
