went in there earlier today. the ladies inside that helped me were just the nicest people on earth. they helped me decide what i wanted, knew pricing off the top of their heads, and are overall just incredibly knowledgeable and great at their jobs. they offered my friend a free preroll for her birthday, the deals on their rove carts today were immaculate too. the pricing was more than reasonable as well. i definitely found my new, go-to dispensary.

I've been coming to this dispensary for a few years now and have never been disappointed that's a huge statement. mostly because I know Quality product but also because they have top quality product and people .Today they informed me that I had rewards coming to me in the form of 1/2 ounce of my choice.WHAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaT!!!!!!!! Could never come at a better time .thank you God ,thank you show grow dispensary. IM hooked up for the whole summer

I had a negative experience the previous day I had visited, left empty handed unfortunately. I returned today armed with a little more knowledge but again ran into a similar situation due to some financial complications. Luckily I got the same tender and he remembered my plight from the previous day and did his best to alleviate the situation.The staff also seemed to be a lot more forthcoming with certain policy's and things to watch out for and how to properly navigate the system they have in place. Thanks guys, will be back in tomorrow to claim that free gram. 3rd times a charm.

This was the first dispensary I had ever been to in California and now I have been to several. This one is still my favorite in Long Beach. The service is fantastic and the products are reasonably priced. I am from out of town, so I had lots of questions and wanted to get the right things and they were very helpful. This dispensary has everything that the other dispensaries in LGB have, but Show Grow seems to be much less expensive. GREAT DAILY DEALS—see pics!

I am writing this complaint to inform you about a bad experience that I had at your dispensary Show Grow Long Beach this past Wednesday 18MAR2020 at ~1641 while visiting to make a purchase.I have been a consumer for over a year and am generally satisfied with the quality and products provided, overall I have had a satisfactory experience. However recently I have an issue with the customer service I have received that I can not overlook. Recently when attending your facility I (and significant other) was greeted by the receptionist with a “Hello Honey and Thank You Hon,” this is the second occasion this has happened with the same employee. I have emphasized to the employee that I do not appreciate being called “Hon,” or “honey,” or “Sweetheart,” or any other inappropriate terms of endearment. I would rather be greeted with a simple “Hello,” or by my name. Both times the employee argued with me regarding my preference and on this most recent occasion the security guard asked for my ID, and then told me I would have to “accept how the greeters greet me” or “should not come back.” I am a survivor of sexual assault. It is disheartening that my request was handled in this matter. I did not use foul language or name call in my explanation, I simply re-iterated my dissatisfaction with being greeted with a term of endearment and the reason I felt this way. I would be more emphatic if it were a man addressing me in this matter.The use of terms of endearment by total strangers is not only inappropriate but also- whether consciously or unconsciously on the speaker’s part- condescending and demeaning. It reflects an unconscious societal bias against women in general. Sexism and ageism remain a powerful and insidious presence in our culture which are two forms of prejudice that we should not overlook. It is also illegal in the workplace. Terms of endearment are defined as an example of sexual harassment by the US department of the Interior’s Office of Civil rights which cites “honey,” “dear,” and “sweetheart,” among the unprofessional expressions. (Civil Rights Act of 1964)Although I feel the receptionist and security guard handled this situation poorly and with disregard, I will accept the suggestion of the guard, I will not come back or make any further recommendations on behalf of Show Grow. I will not continue to invest in a company who does not respect civil rights, who condones demeaning, debasing, degrading behavior or contributes to prejudices against women. This is not cultivating change.I would like to request that you look into this matter and speak to the staff members about this incident.

So in Weedmaps they advertise a special for Wednesday on select vape cartridges as a 2 for 1 on select brands. I went ahead and placed my order through their app, and at checkout the discounts were not reflected. I went ahead and called the store to confirm the prices and was told they would be adjusted at the store. I arrived at the store and despite have preordered a still had a lengthy wait. Finally got into the store and the people working there have no knowledge of the special. They tried to tell me it was a buy a gram get a 1/2 gram. Clearly that’s not a 2 for 1 as indicated. All of this inability to honor their prices took about 10 minutes. At that point they still had no plans of honoring their advertised special. I went ahead and left without a purchase. A complete waste of time.

I called to ask if they had a product in stock that their website said they carried the girl said, "I don't think so." I said "do you want to check? Your site says you carry it.", she said "what are you talking about?" I literally gave her the brand name, the product I was looking for and the gram amount. Like be more UNhelpful dummy! Rude

Went in to ShowGrow(all the way from Catalina island) and bought 3gs of wax and a cartridge thinking I would get the first time patient discount on the wax but the bud tender put it on the cartridge! So my total was $160 instead of $120 .. if you go in make sure you tell them ahead of time what you want discounted. Which is weird.. why wouldn’t you discount the more expensive items and only discount one.. my mistake I guess.

Just let a review over on Weedmaps. I've been in Southern California Cannabis for quite some time and the lack of knowledge in that shop is disparaging. I was eager to talk and discuss the 'budtenders' knowledge but they were more focused on making money, getting me to do their 'deal' and in order to do so the bud tenders lied about product they didn't know about. I unfortunately had to tell my nephew how they treated me and although he kind of liked this place now doesn't seem excited to return either.

This is one of my favorite shops. However, I hate when Bree pulls up my name. I asked her the name of the preroll that was buy one, get one for $1 on Green Friday. She rudely said she didn’t know, that it might had been. I couldn’t believe she’s the manager and didn’t know the sales! My partner and I also had to correct her on how strong three of the prerolls are. She got each one way off. It’s as if she literally doesn’t give a f*ck, and everyone and everything is beneath her. This would be my favorite shop, if Bree wasn’t there. But now I’ll pay more, just to avoid her. The rest of the crew are awesome!
