We used to spend consistent money a month here. Selection is good and they used to value loyal customers. But their customer service went off a cliff and we’ll now never go back. A simple vape battery we bought 5 weeks ago broke , and we asked for a replacement. We were buying another $300 worth of product at the same time. Instead of helping their customers with a clearly defective battery, we were read the 30day return policy and to buy a new one. I asked the manager if they are ok with refusing to help us means they lose today’s sale and us as customers forever. They didn’t care and told me that’s fine. I don’t do business with places that don’t care to value their customers with small exceptions to facilitate good service and experience. Was so rude. we’ll take our consistent business elsewhere.

Weden has set the standard for this industry. The customer service has been the best I've ever encountered in any industry. They're knowledgeable, helpful, professional, honest, and I can say that they do better service than some healthcare services out there.The place is clean and looks just like a health and lifestyle store, which makes a difference for the image of this industry. It's a well run business and have been keeping up with what they need to do to make it. And it is a tough business to run for sure. Bring your newbie friends and family here if they've never tried any of this stuff before. They will be impressed with the level of care that Weden has put into it. They have a lot of products to help with all types of issues and for different types of people. If you've never tried anything like this before, this is the place to go. Weden representatives will spend the time with you to teach you and answer your questions. We've always had a nice experience and we're really impressed. With that said, don't forget to tip whoever helps you!

Love the new management and the new staff. New layout every now and then definitely gives an exciting shopping experience. I love a good cannibas experience where you can get the right product every time. But for me its ben 80 percent of the times with weden and thats why I gave them 4 stars. One advice I'd give. Is to figure out a way where you can keep inventory always up to date with freshness. Because a 2_3 month old flower no matter what the percentage, strain, or company is loses its wow factor. And over that period the flower becomes less potent. Personal experience. Besides that I love the staff! And the overall experience. Love the regularions that are keeping people safe during this pandemic!

The first time my friend and I went into Weden it was on a tuesday because they have 20% off of carts. Josh helped us and he was really friendly and welcoming, answered all of our questions, didn’t rush us, and had a lot of knowledge. We love going in and seeing him there cause he has good vibes and we feel comfortable asking about things we are unfamiliar with. Clean shop, always good energy from all of the staff, even the people who check you in, great deals & even better customer service. I haven’t came across an employee i haven’t liked yet. They definitely gained a regular our of me and I recommend them to friends!

An amazing cannabis retail space! They are the go-to spot in my opinion for this area. I love how early they are open and how late they stay open. It really helps to know that they have long hours for those who work long days.Spacious retail area, lots of room to house top-brand and quality companies. They carry a Passion Box by MyJane that was created specifically with pleasure and sensuality in mind. It’s so cool to see where the cannabis world is going You can get flower, edibles, even refrigerated edibles!! Tons of topicals for pain relief to soothe tension.I love the hang out area out front, very inviting with lots of WE things, like WEPlay ☺️ Plenty of parking out front.

atmosphere is always positive. They are really helpful and knowledgeable about the strains. the best thing is the affordable prices weather are you just got paid or you low on cash you can get a pre-roll arounds $6 bucks and high THC content. I would recommend everyone come to Weeden one of the best dispensaries in Santa Ana. If you haven't gone you got to go

Helpful staff. Relaxed place to browse and no pressure to buy. Josh S. helped me find exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. Cash only on my visit, but this isn't an unusual issue at many dispensaries due to ongoing issues with banks. (Paying cash avoids extra charges anyway!) 10% Senior discount every day. Rewards for repeat visits.

This has always been my favorite dispensary. I had been to other shops before but when I found this one, I stopped going anywhere else. It's unlike any other dispensary I've been to because of the service I received and also because of the quality of the product that I get. The budtenders are always on top of their job. They make you feel very welcome and at home by using your name and actually spending time listening to and caring what your looking for and are very knowledgeable about their products and about cannabis in general.Haven also has a loyalty program where you can accumulate points for every dollar you spent to redeem cannabis products as well as patient appreciation days where you can where you can get a little education on products or simply just get some awesome deals! Beautiful store, friendly staff & good product!!

At first when I arrived at the place I was not sure I was even at a store that sold cannabis. However the young lady at the front desk was very kind and assured me I was in the correct place, it was easy checking in and she sent me down a hall to a beautiful spotless organized clean room supplied with everything you would need. I felt a little awkward at first but then a young Asian Young man waited on me . My experience in this store has the best customer service I have experience in my 66 years . He explained everything to me the difference that each labeled jar of cannabis he showed me the different tools you even needed he was funny he was friendly and even the guard in the store was nice. This show grow is a very outstanding and friendly place to purchase what you need for medical reasons recreational reasons or what ever you want it for ,they don’t make you feel awkward they make you feel welcome and I thank you for the time that you took showing me the difference of each labeled jar I will definitely come back again.Sincerely Mrs CS

By far the best dispensary I’ve been to yet, walked in handed them my ID and was sent right back, was greeted immediately by a bud tender who was very knowledgeable and friendly who let me look at anything I wanted without a “oh my god can you pick one yet” attitude like I get when I go to most places, and I always love when they “recommend” what they think you would like, I can’t stand when I ask “what do have that’s good” and they say “I don’t know what do you like” like they just want to get you in and out of there, I would highly recommend this dispensary, a little pricey, but the flower is exceptional for sure! Well worth the money for the quality and outstanding customer service, I give the customer service here 6 stars! Just the type of place I’ve been looking for!!
